Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room looked amazing, it was always clean, I really liked the blinds, they blocked out the light and noise completely, the breakfast was phenomenal, cute view, nice location near metro station, nice staff.

MaltaThe shower cubicle was small and the there was only concealed rain shower. All it needs is an additional shower head with hose.
The hotel staff were helpful and recommended us some great spots to visit and guided us throughout the stay. The room was prepared for us an hour before the check in time according to our request and brewed some Italian coffee for us upon arrival. The room was cleaned daily and had change of towels according to use. Good breakfast, offering pastries, cereals, fruit, and warm items. The location was perfect. Next to the hotel there is a mini market, a gelateria, pizzerias and other restaurants. It was just one minute away from lambrate metro stop. 4 stops away from Centrale stop (10 mins away). 20 mins away from duomo stop!

ChinaThe only real con for me was the tiny shower. It’s so small that it’s actually very hard to use. The floor is slippery and dangerous when using conditioner. I’m a pretty average size person (170cm/67kg) and I think if I were any taller or wider, it would be impossible to shower.
The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were so so but ok. Love the convenient location, friendly staff, clean facilities. Breakfast was nice :) I liked this place enough to book it twice.

RomaniaIn some of the days the eggs didn't look that fine, they should have been better scrambled(you still had plenty of foods to choose from). In the bathroom the shower is very small and also the head of the shower was fixed not flexible. (It was still very good)
The hotel is in a good location very close to the train station and to a subway line. The room was spacious, very clean, at the windows there where very good blinds, the staff was very friendly, the room since it was January and quite cold was very warm. You had sockets next to your bed, the room was cleaned every day, the bathroom was clean. The breakfast was very good, eggs, bacon, grilled veggies, cheese, meats, yogurt, sweets, very plentiful

ItalyThe area of Milan is nothing special on its own. You're not "right in the middle of the action." But this is mitigated by the fact that it is well connected to the metro, and also trams and buses.
This is a solid three-star hotel in Milan. Very clean and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the metro line that goes to the Central Station and to other important places in the city, so that you can move around easily in Milano from there. The breakfast is quite reasonable (recall that this is a three-star hotel, so you can't expect certain things).
