The Centre Direzionali complex ( a business, educacional and habitacional centre) were it was built looks very apocaliptic and abandoned ( very interesting … and sad…the story of the place), not very friendly nowhadays; however HI provides places to eat and everything you need… but they should do something to the entrance( -2) and O, because everything is so sad …just like the surroundings …It was one night only…

Great location to go to the AirPort, and wakable distance to Napoli central station train. Yet, take care of the hours you do it ( Just from 7:00am to 7:00pm… ). Room was good, bed and pillows great, great shower, good breakfast. Staff not very friendly but they have lots of rooms… it is not a “friendly “hotel, more a business one. Great view from the room, though( 16th floor)

We booked this hotel as a bit of a last minute thing as we had an early flight in the morning. We got a room upgrade when we arrived, that was great. The room was big, spacious and clean. The location was in the business district but only a 10/15 minute walk to the central train station. Overall a good stay.

The location is terrible! Although it is near the train station, is better to go by car/taxi. Nothing will happen to you, however, it is not a nice place to walk (on weekdays, things changed a little, because in the area there are offices and universities, so there are people and movement)

In general, the Hotel is great, rooms are comfortable. We had an issue with the window but they changed the room without any issue. The personnel is awesome and very helpful.

The interior in rooms is old and needs renovation. I arrived in Naples on a weekend, since the area of ​​the hotel is a business center, after 18:00 pm it is quite dangerous to walk alone, there are police cars on duty in the hotel area. The hotel has a restaurant, you can have lunch and dinner and work without leaving the hotel.

Probably the most normal hotel in Naples. I chose it because it is an international hotel. Breakfast is good, plenty of people in the hotel during the weekdays.

We didn't check how easy it was to walk from the hotel into the centre - it's fine in the day but wouldn't recommend at night. Our error for not looking into this. Otherwise all great.

For breakfast, the options were limited to scrambled eggs, lacking the variety of poached eggs. The dessert selection left room for improvement, as there was a desire for more enticing and delectable choices.

I appreciated the complimentary minibar offered in the premium rooms, and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, in close proximity to the train station.

Our plane was late missed connection so didn't arrive til 4th. At that time our rooms were sold. We did get a room for one night and had to pay. Please reimburse for other 2 nights.
