That we had to ask for a glass to drink from compared to small plastic cups that were provided. A lack of tea or coffee making facilities.

Windows could have better noise isolation. As it is located in the city center, it was very noisy sometimes.

Much more modern than others we stayed in. Only one small trash can. Only place to smoke was in the downstairs courtyard, open, and it was raining while we were there.

Roomy and had the accessories we needed after asking for a kettle and cups for hot water. WiFi was good. Able to walk to city center and take bus to Eriche.

I didn't liked very much the breakfast. Little sandwiches and lots of sweets was not very much my thing. Maybe sweet tooth people will love it though.

I loved the big bed , the bathroom, the location, just near the train station. Staff was ok.

The breakfast was generally good, maybe a bit more selection could be an improvement. Consisted about 50/50% sweet pastries and ready made sandwiches, but I was missing the usual omelette/bread/salami/cheese selections. Coffee was excellent though. I would rate breakfast in general 4 out of 5. There is an elevator, but it is moving slow, really slow. You could easily beat it to the second floor on the stairs with a broken leg kind of slow. But it works, and is clean. The TV in the room could be upgraded to a smart TV, in order to be able to use Netflix or other streaming services.

Unfortunately it is a little noisy and there was a little smell from the sewers in the bathroom. But nothing terrible!

I liked the size of the room and the bathroom. Breakfast was generous and offered sweet/savoury items. The staff was helpful and responsive. The hotel is a 10 -15 minute walk to the area with the most bars/restaurants.

Everything was excellent - communication with the lovely receptionist, always available to help (I asked for an ironing machine and he got it immediately), he provided us with a map of Trapani, he advised us about the parking (we parked on the street in front of the location, on the left side, 0.70 an hour through the Easypark app). The breakfast also very nice. Good location as well, very close to the center and all necessary attractions.

We did not like the shower as the hot water was warm and not hot and also there was no pressure in the water.

Great breakfast. Lots of sweets but also Parma prosciutto and cheese.

Beautiful building. Very close to the train station - one block-, but not seedy, as many areas around train stations can be.

The staff at the front desk were nice but didn’t go out of their way to help.
