Further away than I thought. Difficult to locate by GPS as it is not in Bologna.

Everything was average at this hotel. It is new and quite OK for the moment but I don't expect it to last due to quality of the materials.

The shower is really small.

It’s near highway, it was clean and for the breakfast there were multiple choices (like 4 different types of croissants, few kinds of bread, 2 types of yogurt, vegetables and fruit). Just across the street is a good japanese restaurant, where you can have a nice dinner (sadly it’s not open all day).

Unfortunately it was very hard for us to get a good night sleep, as our room was located near the elevator and we kept hearing people going to their room at night (footsteps and loud conversations). The bed was located close to the entrance to the room and every sound was waking us up. Same story in the morning.

The hotel is clean, rooms are nice and tidy. Breakfast was good, with variety of sweet and salty products. All the facilities needed were provided during our stay. The location is nice if you have a car. For us it was perfect. Took us 15 minutes to drive to Bologna the next day, and the parking space at the hotel was available. 5 minutes from the hotel you can find a really nice local restaurant.

There is a small shower, but if you don’t need to dance there, then there is enough space)) I would like faster and more powerful Internet.

The room has everything you need. The hotel is located outside the city, in a quiet location, close to the exhibition center, which is very convenient. For breakfast there is a small choice, but everything is tasty, fresh and in sufficient quantities. The room is clean, comfortable beds, daily cleaning. The staff at the reception are very responsive - tablets, ice, any questions are resolved quickly. On the side of the hotel there is a Chinese restaurant, behind the hotel there is a cafe with local cuisine - very tasty, we recommend visiting.

The hotel was still under refurbishment and some things needed to be fixed. Like the heating water and the balcany door. The coffee machine plug was far and I had to move furniture myself.

The rooms were cold, you couldn’t really heat them up, the bathrooms and showers are a bit small. But it is a nice hotel to stay.

Where to begin. So, the rooms are very small, and the bathroom is exceptionally tiny. There isn’t even a bin in the room. It’s noisy, the tiles on the floor don’t mask bumps heard from above and you can hear noise from either side of the room. The shower leaked due to poor drainage, and the soap affixed to the wall in the shower was empty on arrival. There was no WiFi signal on my floor (2nd floor). The nice desk man arranged a WiFi extender to his office WiFi for us to use. The property is a 36min bus ride to the centre of Bologna, and is situated in a suburb so far out, our all zone city pass didn’t even work and we had to pay twice. The breakfast is shocking to say the least, with stale bread / pastries, no fruit (other than uncut bruised apples and oranges), and sloppy scramble egg and Vienna sausages. It was the worst place I have ever stayed on holiday or work, without exception. We paid €257 for two nights when we booked, which was a rip-off considering what we got for it.

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The only other nice thing relating to the property, was that it had an excellent Asian restaurant across the road.

- No AC, although it was 30 degrees Celsius outside, room was running hot in the middle of the day - The front-desk lady didn't speak English, very difficult to communicate with, she seemed genuinely annoyed that we were trying to fix the AC problem - The breakfast was beyond mediocre, I don't understand why people are praising that. Very few choices. - The backyard and the "garden" - a pile of weeds and a corner loaded with garbage - why is this hotel renting rooms with a "garden" view is beyond me - The shower space is incredibly small - No slippers in the room - The Hotel is very far away from the city if you don't have a car stay away from this. This is not a negative point, just stating that Fiera is the business district of Bologna, so it's outside the city.

Wifi did not work, the advertisement said fast speed wifi yet it cut in and out the whole time, only lasted a couple minutes, ended up having to use data. Was super inconvenient as we needed to do online work. Unfortunately the hot water jug did not work as well.

Had good parking available and the bed was comfortable, clean bathroom.
