Great location in the old town. We found the parking in front of the hotel (free 20 - 8) and there is a free parking just around the corner. In the room you have a coffe, tea, juices, jogurt, packed croisants and water. Clean room and bathroom, very comfortable bad and nice owner.

I love the location. I have stayed here three times. It would have been four but had to cancel because of the pandemic. They provide coffee and tea and yoghurt and water and some of those Italian sponge things with jam in them so you can start the dayin your room which is fine by me. Plenty places for morning coffee and light lunch near by and it is about 5 minutes from the bus station and less from places to park. The guy who runs it is very welcoming and you get a key and the rest is up to you. I would add photos but they are plenty on the site and the camera does not lie.

Fantastic staff. The owner's son went far and above to bring me an iron and ironing board for my wrinkled dress. We attended a wedding in the lovely town of Sansepolcro. The bed was huge and comfortable as was the room! Great location within the walls.

Welcoming, old-fashioned but very good quality. Rodolfo was kind and helpful. Great location in centro storico. Kettle in room. Complementary breakfast a nice touch as we had to leave early.

Nothing. I find the stairs a little challenging but at 87 that is not surprising. I coped and so could you.

I stayed here before...delayed return because of the pandemic.. It is lovely. Beautifully located and the perfect place for viewing the sights of San Sepolcro. They do not do breakfast but your fridge has everything you need to start the day and you can make coffee or tea. It worked for me. And you come and go as you please.

Really enjoyed this place, quiet, clean, air conditioned, the owner helpful and friendly. Sansepolcro is a gem, we hope to go back soon and would definitely stay here again.

Maybe more consistent wifi but for what I needed it for (general internet surfing) it was fine.

Lovely room with kettle, mini fridge and hairdryer (the AC was a godsend!). Had some issues with the shower on the first night but it was kindly fixed the next morning. Great location and lovely staff. Daily turn-down service and room cleaned every other day. Definitely would stay again if I'm ever in the area!

Well, the place is a little beyond the town on the way out and we had been walking all day, so it felt like we were leaving the town when we got there. However our host gave us a lift after we showered and cleaned up and the walk back after dinner was no issue at all. We really liked the town. I could imagine staying a couple of nights if I wanted to get away from everything. We were walking the Via de Frances so we were up early and out of there the next morning at 6:30 am. The location worked in our favor for getting a head start for Gubbio. Our host spoke perfect English and not only gave us a discount off the price because we left before breakfast but he also recommended the restaurant in town that was great. We would stay again if we were passing through.

Beautiful and unique. An old place with lots of character. The room was large and had a balcony/deck. Plenty of space for me and the wife.

This is a beautiful property located a few steps from the Civic Museum and town centre. Tastefully decorated and furnished and supplied to the last detail. Great heating and air con. Water, juice and yogurt in fridge, a nice touch.

The shower head is fixed at a certain level i am somewhat tall, so I had to duck to shower. Pillows were a bit hard. Air conditioner could have used a bit more oomph.

Absolutely wonderful room, very large with beautiful furniture, sparkling clean, with a huge bathroom and a balcony with chairs and Plentiful towels. Comfortable beds. Tasteful decor. Free snacks and drinks in the fridge.
