We pretty much like everything. Maybe one of the things worth mentioning is the distance between Bologna and the house. However this is not minus. There is a bus who runs on a daily basis until 8pm.

The location is great! Couldn’t wish for a better place to get engaged! The landscape is just unbelievable! Staff very kind and very helpfull. All staff has done a great job and helped us a lot. If you are having dinner try the house wine (white). The breakfast is very tasty and the coffee amazing. Missing the place already. Thank you very much.

Gorgeous ! Unbelievably beautiful and tranquil location with astounding nature views. High quality bed linens, rooms furnished with exceptional taste and class. Very friendly staff, Giacomo whipped us up some incredible cocktails. We also enjoyed a dinner in the restaurant with our stay, and concluded it to be the best meal of our entire trip traveling around Italy for 2 weeks. I can’t wait to visit again! Highly Highly recommended !

Whilst only 15 minutes drive from central Bologna - we were happy to have a car to come and go as we pleased. There was a bus option and also taxis - but we preferred to have a car. Parking and the traffic restrictions were tricky in Bologna - so we recommend parking in the Parcheggio STAVECO on Viale Enrico Panzacchi 10 and then walking 10 minutes into the centre.

Perfect rural hotel for a quiet countryside escape ! The restaurant was excellent and full every evening - you certainly eat well in Bologna. The manager Sauro was an excellent and very responsive. We enjoyed the rural walks and nature in this lovely working vineyard.

There was not much to entertain the kids but that was not the promise to cant complain. If you arrive early, it would be worth visiting Florence within an hour's distance

This was our stop between Venice and Ancona to taste a Tuscany view without extending our trip that far. The location has offered great views and a relaxing atmosphere. Rich homemade breakfast with silver service and great views of the valley was to remember and I wish we had more time to absorb more in the library.
