Host didn't speak english very well, I had problems with a front door and the breakfast was prepared day before so... wasn't fresh. Mostly sweets.

Great location with easy access to Ortigia without having to drive into the heart of the tiny streets. Easy street parking, good communication from the host and easy check in process. The rooms were clean and cute, breakfast was a little limited but fine.

Silvia was very nice and give us good advices for nice restaurants. The logistic to get the room was organised and in general everything was ok.

As per lot's of places the outside area is a little bit dingy .once in everything is good.

Spacious, yet cosy, clean and neat room with a balcony. Good location against the old city. Nice and tactful owner of the B&B, tasty breakfast. Delicious bakery down the street.

Arrival time was not met, we had to wait for the owner.

Comfortable room, communication was a bit difficult as the owner did not speak English. But she was very friendly and the room very clean.

Hair on the bed and in the bathroom.

The owner said that because of COVID breakfast cannot be served at the location. We had to go to the nearest caffe for a coffe and croissant. That was strange, because on previous two locations in Sicilia we did not have that restriction.

The bed was HORRIBLE, with giant divots right where you sleep, so uncomfortable! When we went to take a shower there was NO WATER-imagine cleaning your feet with TOILET water? So we couldn’t wash up or have a shower?? The breakfast is basically a dried out pastry, fruit and there was ONE 1 yogurt, and there were at least FOUR 4 people staying there?? The room is old and dated so it needs a renovation!

Other than a decent location there was NOTHING GOOD about this B&B!

The place was clean but really moldy. You had a feeling they tried to kill the mold's smell with aggressive and really intensive-smelling chemicals. The whole place was stuffy and humid to the point that it was difficult to stay there for longer periods.

There was a good breakfast in the little common area, really reactive, and nice personnel easy to reach any time. Close to the port and about 15 minutes walking from Ortigia Island.

We have already paid the property via booking.com but were repeatedly asked to pay to the property direct via certain IBAN etc. if I do not pay, I would not get any keys for getting into the property. My credit card has already been subject to fraud - not know which property as I have via this Sicily trip have used booking.com for 6 different properties. I paid this property TWICE, now not knowing if I can get back the extra payment via WHO or WHICH. Very very bad experience. The hostess was also not punctual to the agreed breakfast time! very stressful experience.

Incredibly nice owner. Very helpful with whatever question or request. The room is cozy, air conditioned and has a direct access to a balcony. Breakfast is good and even available outside of the given time period.

Really smooth to check in. Fresh and clean room. The host Silvia was super friendly and it was easy to communicate via What’s app. Silvia served us the breakfast at the balcony - witch was really nice.

A plumber is badly needed, at least in apt no. 2: there is such a reflux of sewage smell that we couldn't sleep in the otherwise comfy and clean bed. Plugging the sink & shower and closing the bathroom door does not help at this stage.

The b&b is pretty and clean, a 10-min walk from the old town; it has a lovely balcony for in-house dinners. Parking is easy. Staff were helpful and reliable.
