24 hours from 24 hours its a noise, very strong 10 seconds and another 10 seconds silence. During the night its not funny. If you need to sleep please use earplugs. I ask and the answer is water plump!

The apartment is old-fashioned, 2-3 chairs would help a lot in terms of comfort.

The street of the accommodation has a bad appearance, but it is nevertheless safe. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean, the host was friendly. The location is very good, the sights are close, and there are delicious places to eat at the end of the street.

Great location but if you need parking, could be difficult. Could make check out a little bit later. Staff was accommodating but 10:30 checkout is too early. Also, an iron would be helpful. Otherwise, great place.

The entrance to the building is ever so shabby, walls need repainting, and one's first impression is that of walking into a war-torn zone. Breakfast is very scanty.

Valentina the maid/cleaner was exceptional. Place/room ever so clean. She helped with information .

Probably because of the old construction building, the toilet was a bit smelly, although it was really clean and well kept.

The location is excellent, in the very middle of the old town. It is close to restaurants, touristic attractions and other facilities. I got a spacious, pristine clean, air conditioned room. The staff (Valentina) was absolutely friendly and supportive.

B & B Teatro Bellini could be difficult to find. It exists in a building among a number of unrelated apartments with only the buzzer to show where the B & B is. So a little ingenuity is required. Not too hard, really.

Valentina, the host, was exceptionally helpful and kind. Indeed, after we arrived, we asked her where we could find a supermarket and rather than simply giving us directions, she took us there. The apartment (two bathrooms!) was exceptionally clean and spacious and located in a side street close to the Duomo. So, well located. Very good value, highly recommended.

Thin walls, you heard everything. Arrival was kind of a mess. We ringed the bell but no one opened. A man let us in the building but we were also not sure where to go. Maybe was because of a last minute booking?

Mattresses are outdated, You have to replace them. It will be nice if the messaging with the owners will be more "instant" for urgent matters. We had no code to enter the room till the very last minute...

Superb location, in the very center of the city, but the only noisy night we experienced was Saturday (well, the center of the tourist zone). Alam the housekeeper is great - with a lot of willingness to help and constant smile.

The graffiti on the walls in the area make the area look dodgy! Worthwhile mentioning, although the property cannot be held responsible for this. The room sizes were lovely although lack warmth ... some green plants or some color needed to go into the decor. No breakfast was served although there are shops, and bars, and restaurants within walking distance. The kitchenette in our room was not well equipped at all ... They should add a snackwich machine/toaster, a couple of pots, cutlery and crockery [it could even be added to the coffee and tea station/lobby area]. I was not very attentive to the kitchenette ... when I opened the kitchen unit it did not feel clean NO cooking utensils only 1 large pot no lid. NO wi-fi .. 2 other reviews mention NO wi-fi.

The location to central downtown. The gentleman who assisted us was friendly. The Tea and Coffee Station in the Lobby was great. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and the 2 full bathrooms were a bonus even though they were both in 1 room.

- no good information for visiting the etna, when we asked how we can get there by our own (did it anyways with the help of the internet) - the balcony door didn‘t close correctly, therefore we felt pretty unsave, but gladly we had a padlock - the dustbin was too small to throw anything in there

- towels provided - room service is cleaning (but it would be nice, if we knew it in advance) - great located - water boiler provided
