샤워부스가 너무 작아요 ㅠ

조식식당을 운영하지 않는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

직원들이 친절했고 위치가 무척 좋았습니다. 이탈리아 여행시 묵었던 호텔 중에서 유일하게 질 좋은 어메니티와 생수가 무료로 제공된 곳이었습니다.

2023년 6월에 숙박함

After I returned to my room, we realized that somebody had taken (not replaced, just taken) only one used towel and closed the doors of the shower booth. I always opened them to help the booth dry, and I was hanging the Do Not Disturb sign during the whole stay so I was sure somebody got into my room without my permission. It was not a cleaning staff because I met them when I was going out in the morning and talked to them about the DND sign. I was traveling with my mom, and two women were in fear because of the possibility that a stranger could get into my room. I went down to the reception and explained what happened to me, but there was no apology and he just kept saying 'Nothing missing, what's the problem?' He didn't do anything for us to feel safe but just said he would ask the cleaning staff whether they got into my room the next morning, after our check-out. We just wanted to be assured we were still safe, but he did nothing for us. We're very disappointed at his attitude that what happened to us is not a big deal. Finally, we both couldn't get a sleep all night. When we were down to check out, another staff apologized and explained that she entered my room to check the shower booth because there was a problem in the other room downstairs. I understand that staffs could enter the room without permission if it's urgent, but maybe they could leave a message for an explanation or tell me when I returned and met them on the reception floor so that I don't get frightened when I realize someone's entering. She said she was so sorry and made sure that there was no one else who used the master key, so the hotel was still secure and safe, but we wanted to hear that last night, not in next morning. Safety and security are the most important things for a hotel, but I had a disappointing experience here.

The location was perfect. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the Duomo and the shopping center. All the staff was so kind and helpful, but only one staff wasn't. 밀라노 대성당, 쇼핑몰과 가까워 도보 이동에 용이하며 근처에 트램, 메트로 역도 있어서 대중교통 이용하기에도 좋습니다. 방에 커피 캡슐과 머신이 있고, 약 1리터짜리 물이 일반 물과 탄산수 각 2병씩 있어서 좋았습니다. (전자레인지는 없음) 체크인/체크아웃 때 만난 직원들도 대부분 친절하였으나, 아닌 직원도 있었습니다. (글자수 제한으로 여기 적습니다) 누가 방에 들어오는 게 싫어서 Do not disturb 걸고 외출한 후 돌아와 한밤중에 샤워부스 앞에 깔아둔 수건이 없어지고 샤워부스 문도 닫혀있어서(원래 열어놨음) 누가 다녀갔다는 사실을 알고 놀라 프론트에 문의하였으나, 남자 직원이 사과도 없이 아무것도 없어진 게 없는데 뭐가 문제냐는 식의 태도였고. 누군가 다녀갔을 수도 있는데 (심지어 샤워실) 잠을 잘 수 없다, 불안하다고 하니 내일 아침 객실팀에 물어보겠다고만 합니다. 저는 다음날 아침 일찍 체크아웃하는데 그게 무슨 소용이죠? 여자 둘 여행이라 불안감에 밤새 한숨도 못 자고 아침에 체크아웃하니, 다른 여자 직원이 미안하다고 사과하며 제가 외출한 동안 아래층 객실 샤워실에서 누수 문제가 있어, 같은 라인 호수 객실을 다 확인했다고 합니다. 사유가 있다면 들어갈 수도 있고 충분히 이해할 수 있지만, 그랬다면 메시지를 남겨놓든, 돌아오는 길에 프론트에서 인사했을 때라도 말해줬더라면 12시 넘어 누가 왔다갔는지도 몰라 공포에 떨다 이탈리아 여행 마지막 밤을 망치는 일은 없었을텐데요. 손님들은 호텔의 보안을 믿고 편안하게 잠들길 원합니다. 보안에 문제가 있을 수도 있다는 의문을 해소해주지 않고, 제가 겪은 일을 대수롭지 않게 여기는 직원의 태도에 크게 실망했고, 이 문제가 개선되지 않는다면 이 호텔 다른 지점 그 어디도 방문할 수 없을 것 같네요.
