Rooms clean, comfortable & spacious. Lift to floors an advantage. Breakfast a treat. Executive staff Fanny, Andrea & Luigi could not do more. Fanny took so much time to help and assist our site seeing & recommended we leave our bags there rather than in the car in the carpark till our sight seeing was done. Highly recommend. Right in the centre of everything.

We thought that the ladies who served breakfast were a little bit grudging and not that cheerful . Asking for more coffee was awkward. This was the only thing that marred our stay which was a pity. Maybe they need more people on at breakfast when it's busy .

Charming property in a very good location. Very friendly and helpful managers . Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast (8am- 10am) was very good. We took a taxi to and from the hotel that was arranged by the B&B. This was €45 each way which is very good value for the distance, the airport is 50 minutes away.

The lighting in the bathroom was very dim & the light over the sink blinked constantly!

It was lovely to step out of the hustle and bustle of the area into this stately palazzo. The lift, reception rooms, gardens were very beautiful. My room was huge to include a teeny courtyard. The bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & staff were very kind.

Our room balcony was via a spiral staircase - not very practical to climb up and down after a long day. So balcony was visited only once. Fanny was an exceptional host and responded instantly to feedback.

Could have had milk available for the afternoon tea but it was great having the area set up for it after a long days walk. Instructions on how to use the TV controls would be helpful!

Very well situated in the heart of the Capo market area this unassuming looking palazzo was a real find! Each room is individually decorated and the whole place has a home from home feeling. With just 11 rooms it has a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful and charming. A lovely spread for breakfast with lots of Italian pastries as well as fruit, muesli, juices and breads and eggs cooked freshly. Very modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, large rooms and central heating (necessary in February!). Beautiful garden with lots of seating and heavily laden orange and kumquat tress - very pretty! Fanny, the proprietor, is so helpful and will advise on where to go, what to see and where to eat. We will look forward to coming back soon!

Parking in Palermo is mental, you can't park outside or super near the hotel nor would you want to because the streets around there are so narrow. But that's not the hotel's fault!

Couldn't have found anywhere better to stay in Palermo I think. Cute, quiet, clean hotel right in the centre of things, really nice and comfortable room. Good lighting, big bathroom and shower, a little balcony overlooking the street. We stayed in several hotels on this trip and the breakfast here was among the very best, and staff were very helpful and responsive. There's a lovely little terrace with citrus trees growing! Free tea and coffee and biscuits etc whenever you want it, a bathroom to use when you come back to collect your bags if you leave them in the hotel for the day after you check out but before a flight. For the price point it well exceeded my expectations.

Superb hospitality and service-minded staff. Delicious breakfast with fruit and croissants. Coffee served at the table. Very nice room with modern bathroom and Tv and coffee maker. We also got help from staff with booking transport to and from airport. Very convenient as we arrived when it was dark outside.

The property is well maintained, the garden and the interior are simply gorgeous. The location is great. Fanny is really welcoming, available and supportive for any need. I usually don't stay in the same place twice, but if I would be back in Palermo it would be definitely worth another visit!

The B&B was one of the best locations I ever booked. The rooms in the palazzo were very stylish, but also classical, spacious, clean, the bathrooms modern and functional. You could really feel like living in the Sicily of former times, but in a very comfortable way. The atmosphere on the terrazza for breakfast was quiet, a very good start for the day. The waiters were so pleasant and sympathetic and the food was really great. Fanny is the best host you can imagine. She is not only a very nice person, cultivated and with such good manners, but also helpful with good advice, organizing transfers and whatever you need. Thank you so much, Fanny, also from my family. I really hope to meet you again!

We don't have complaints at all.

The breakfast was divine. Everyday there was something different to try from the local bakery. I don't have words. Our room (no2) was very big (almost like a small suite), with a super comfortable bed. Even the linen were of good quality. Incredibly clean. Bathroom was roomy with really nice toiletries and a normal, big sized hairdryer (I have long hair so this is always a really nice extra for me!) Quiet and powerful air-condition machine, made the room the perfect shelter for the heat. I especially enjoyed the works of art around the house. People were very friendly and nice to us. I would definitely go back.
