Amazing space with own private area and huge bedroom. Loved the furnishing and all of the thoughtful details. The apartment was thoroughly clean and breakfast/drinks/snacks were replenished daily which was really nice to have breakfast in our own time in this way. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Don't think that there was anything we did not like,maybe the bath was a bit high,you have to be careful to go in and out,but that was not a big issue.

The place was very central, tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed and also very clean.There was a good choice for b,'fast left in the room.Our host was very nice and even gave us some tips as where to find good restaurants.

Absolutely loved it but if I had one thing to have made it perfect would have been an anti slip mat in the bath tub!

Everything was managed well, and the manager was very friendly. For the early depart even the breakfast was laid for us in the evening so we were able just eat and leave.

Loved this place! So nice to relax. We were meant to be going on a cruise but we canned it. It was lovely to have this relaxing setting to sit outside and book and plan what we were going to do instead. Host went above and beyond for us. Walk took about an hour to the Learning Tower but we enjoyed it.

Excellent location for central Pisa and railway station too. Safe and secure. Quiet with really good double glazing (is on main roundabout, but you won’t notice once inside). Exceptional design of rooms, space and comfy bed. Excellent breakfast. All lovely.

Everything. This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. Our host, Mariaelena was such a professional and extremely gracious. She left nothing to chance for the weary traveller. We arrived in very late and she was there to meet us. There was a buffet breakfast laid out with everything we would need. It also sufficed for a midnight snack when we arrived. It is very well organised, catering is very good, facilities are second to none, the terrace was a treasure. It is also in a great location for trains and the historic district. We also got to meet Mariaelena’s little baby, and we are amazed how she manages her B&B so well with a little baby.

If I was being really picky it would have been nice to have some milk left for us to enjoy the cereal for breakfast.

Absolutely lovely property. We expected just a room but this was so much more. The bedroom was big and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The lounge area and kitchen was lovely and bathroom big with everything we needed. Our favourite area was the outside terrace which was perfect to relax on for a few hours in the afternoon after sightseeing. Marialena was super helpful especially as we arrived a little early. She checked us in and made us a coffee while we waited and allowed us to store our luggage while the room was cleaned. She helped us with restaurant recommendations too which were great. The location is perfect too. We walked from the airport and back to the train station, as well as into the centre a couple of times and found everything to be close enough. Breakfast was great too.

Slightly away from main tourist areas but this was only a very minor issue.Would I go again if in Pisa.Definitely yes... .

Mariaelena was a brilliant host allowing an earlier check in and very responsive.Accomodation is excellent & very tidy with a nice external area to relax in if needed.Would recommend highly.
