The insulation of the windows are not great and it would be nice to have net on the windows so insects cannot come inside.

New hotel, modern appliances, cleaning was thorough and done everyday. Staff was very helpful. Big room, good sound insulation, comfortable mattress, room with safe and air conditioning. The room was very clean when we arrived. Public transport - bus station with bus that leaves to and from airport located 2 mins away from the hotel (in front of McDonald's), also a metro station nearby (1 stop away from the train station). There are also multiple supermarkets nearby. City center roughly 10 mins away by walking. Great location, one of the safest zones in Catania, and all tourist attractions are accessible on foot. Good value for money!

The only thing to be imporved would be the noise insulation of the windows. There was not so many cars around the hotel (our room was on a side) but still some noise in the street

The location of the hotel is very good. Restaurants and all kinds of shopping options are within a 10-minute walk. The receptionists were kind and helpful. The breakfast was adequate. There were fresh vegetables, cold cuts, baked goods, and scrambled eggs. The room was comfortable and spacious. Overall, it is a very comfortable place.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight due to a late flight. Despite the late hour, the staff was exceptionally kind and hospitable, making us feel instantly welcome. The room was spacious, immaculate, and appeared to be newly furnished, with all amenities functioning perfectly. There was a bit of noise from the street during the night, but it was manageable with earplugs. The breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, our one-night stay was excellent, providing a great start before we continued our journey the next day.

First room, facing the road, was very noisy at night. Carmen at reception kindly changed me to a room at the back for the rest of my stay. For privacy the curtains have to remain closed during the day & lights put on. Waste of electricity.

The hotel is very well located and easy to find. Cafes, places to eat, shops and cultural buildings just around the corner. The rooms are modern and very clean. Pleasant smell both in the room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was also good. Staff was really nice and helpful.

No kettle in the room however this seems to be the go in Italy.

Easy walking to the centre of town. Easy walk from the station although the pavement is rough in places when pulling bags . One stop on the metro. The room was comfortable, we only stayed one night so barely used The hotel had luggage storage which was needed due to our early arrival. c Catania city is well worth a visit.

Great location with quite neighborhood. Airport 10 to 15 minutes by car and city center with restaurants, bars, shops and cultural buildings just around the corner. Hotel staff very kind and pleasant from the check-in until check-out. Food was very good. Rooms are very very clean with enough natural light and space.

The only thing that we sid not like was the noise at night. Windows are not double glazed so very loud noise coming from outside.

If I had an opportunity to book again I would still choose this hotel! The location is perfect. We had a car and found the parking in proximity ( 1 eur per hour) everything was clean and 10/10

Floor didn't seem to have been swept for the three days we were there.

Clean, modern property in a very central location. Buses, including airport Alibus, stop about 100m away, and there's also a metro stop outside which gives quick access to the railway station. Piazza del Duomo is no more than 10 minutes' walk. Rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped for a hotel of this level. Ask for quieter room at the back and you won't be bothered too much by noise. Buffet breakfast offered a fairly good selection, even if hot food was limited (as is fairly normal). Sign up to the group's loyalty club and you might get a voucher for free breakfast.

A newly renovated property. Room was a good size. Big bed. Functional bathroom. Clean. Staff were friendly, spoke good English. The historic city centre was nearby. A frequent bus to the airport stopped outside the door.
