It would be helpful if the Smart House Rooms Luxury was listed on the door entry system as we didn't know which bell to press to get in the building when we arrived. This was not a huge issues though, as the owner was waiting for us in the apartment (he had asked for our estimated time of arrival) and greeted us after we phoned him to let him know we were waiting outside.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is a 25 minute walk to the train station, or 5 minutes on the bus with the bus stop outside the apartment. The whole apartment was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, each of the two rooms have their own fridge in the kitchen. The bedroom was larger than we expected from the photos, the bed was very comfortable and the apartment is quiet at night. Good WiFi. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and friendly; he sent us several links via WhatsApp to restaurant recommendations and information on public transport. We would 100% recommend and would stay again!

The bed wasn't very comfortable - much too soft for my liking! Our bedroom was also right next to the smoking area, so we were worried about someone smoking whilst we had the window open. Luckily this didn't happen.

The check-in process was really smooth and the guy who welcomed us was extremely helpful. The kitchen area was really well stocked and the bathroom was really clean. There was a lovely restaurant called Vesuvio around the corner - would recommend! Also great for walking into central Bergamo.

The definition of 10/10. Amazing facility, totally recommended. All day long the places was loaded with free drinks and snacks for the visitors, amazing bathroom, super comfy bed. Honestly I stayed in more than 100 hotels in my life, that’s easily top 3 maybe even the best I ever stayed

The apartment was in a very good location, around you could find a good super market and many cozy bars, restaurants and shops. We were greeted by Albert who happend to be a very welcoming host. The place we stayed in was very clean. It also had good kitchen and spacey terrace. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail and very comfortable for everyone, even if travelling with children. In the morning we got warm croissants and cold beer in the evening, which was very kind and thoughtful. Albert even drove us to airport in 4am, which was very convienient. We will definitely come back!

Nothing, although my husband found the fact that the shower head was fixed a little frustrating (which made e.g. washing your feet without getting your head wet impossible).

The owner was very nice and helpful!! Everything was spotless clean. Even though our booking didn't include breakfast, the owner provided croissants, jams, yoghurts and drinks for free which made a nice tasty Italian breakfast. Location is also great, 15-20 minutes walk on foot to the funicular to città alta.

The host is great, he took great care of us. The place is very, very clean. There is a bus stop for the city center or you can just walk for about 15 minutes. We enjoyed the big terrace :) There are 2 individual private rooms, each with its own bathroom. There is a shared kitchen where you can find everything you need. We enjoyed the place and would come again.

The apartment is fantastic. Immaculately clean. Very stylish and modern. It’s located on the first floor and it is within a walking distance 12-13 mins from town centre but also 2-3 mins from a good choice of local restaurants. However if you don’t feel like going out the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely huge terrace if you want to dine al fresco. I have to admit Albert has put up the bar very high. 🔝🔝🔝 I have never seen so much attention to details. To just add up he had brought some freshly baked croissant 🥐 for breakfast ☕️ The parking is suited just across the street from the apartment. Thank you Albert for the lovely stay!!

It felt like home! We even had been picked up from the bus stop by Alberto. The house has everything you need and more :) everything was clean and the room was spacious. Also it’s very cozy place with only two apartments so probably no one will disturb you. In front of the apartment there is a pizzeria Strutii.
