Mostly what others already said: absence of air-conditioning! In the summer months can be very, very hot. The staff is not as rude as I read in other reviews, but there is definitely room for improvement. Once we broke the ice, they were really friendly.

The hotel is right on the lake so the view from the rooms (even those on the side) is awesome. In other reviews, people complained about the boats and the noise they make, but the noise level was very low even though there were some boats. The hotel decor is old, but it's well maintained and in general hotel is very clean. Parking is spacious, but they close the gates at midnight (sometimes earlier) so you'll have to call them to open the gate and the hotel's main door, which was OK.

The location and the view were great! They let us leave the car at the property even after we checked out, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant offered some interesting local dishes with catch from the lake.

Bit of a theme but the towels could have been bigger and thicker !

The location is outstanding. The restaurant was also pretty good as were the staff. Room had a balcony with a lake view so that was good. On-site parking is always a bonus !

The reception lady was very unfriendly and Inhospitable during our stay. For that reason we would not go back here.

Beautifully located and nice clean rooms.Fantastic private garden on the water with sunbeds plenty of shade.The boat taxi is at the hotel so from there you can make fantastic trips to other places

Ok in October but no aircon might be a problem high summer - yes towels a bit thin and shower little cramped

Fantastic location- room right on lake- spectacular views- on boat terminal but not running when we stayed- end of season? Lovely gardens- staff very friendly and helpful- dining room good food -lovely setting and wines- peaceful location- lovely village and easy parking. Very happy!

No air condition at the rooms. When the managing lady was present you did not feel welcome at all.

With a temperatures in high 20's we had no cooling in room so we opened balcony doors. They had arranged a loud drunken football team party under our window till midnight. When asked they said it would stop at 11.00 and when I complained about the noise I was told the discomfort was my fault because I hadn't requested a quiet room. I am 70+ years old and had driven for hours to get to what we thought would be a quiet spot for a few days. Be careful with this place.

Given the lack of an elevator, a lift service is desirable - lowering luggage by hotel staff.

Convenient location. Great view from the room, daily cleaning in the room. Lovely restaurant Italian cuisine. Breakfast is classic, hearty, a large selection of products. Helpful hotel owners. Shady garden for relaxation with chairs and sunbeds, swimming in the lake. Bicycle rental, jetty for pleasure boats on the lake.
