The place has a potential to be a 10, unfortunately it's barely 8 , with some adjustments and a better attitude it can easily improve. Room is ok but has cobwebs. Bathroom ok but we stayed in 2 different rooms one had the tiniest shower, not fit for adults. Biggest problem isn't just the language barrier but as stated by former reviews: the attitude of management to tourists vs local event clients. They just make you feel lik a nuisance every time you approach them Just a few examples They can literally make you wait half an hour for checkout on your way to the airport completely ignoring you while the are extremely chatty with potential event clients. Give you a twin when you booked a double. Or agree on a late check out price and then bounce it by 30 EUR .

The place has a good potential I really wanted to love it. Nice location in the middle of the forest Yard looks lovely Rooms ok Restaurant on site ok prices slightly above average but very convenient,food ok. Breakfast is good Most staff members are very nice, but speak only Italian. The single person ( a young waiter) in the whole place that can speak English is also very nice.

Despite all dishes served for breakfast are very fresh, breakfast itself might be more rich. The absence of shower gel in bathroom disturbed a little. The room was not large enough, we had to keep our suitcase on the table.

It was not a problem to find the property, which have a huge area including parking, place for small children, boxes with goats, rabbits etc. for elders. The restaurant staff is very polite and friendly.

The place is a little bit tricky to find if you are using maps or waze. We were sent to a side road, and got lost on the way.

The location was perfect, snow capped hills on 2 sides, rural location, perfect for pets. We wanted to stay in Agriturismo & this was exactly what we were looking for. Rooms clean, large, warm (march cold), food was delicious, beautiful walks, buzz of people laughing enjoying the food atmosphere. Fantastic place.

We had a lot of difficulty getting to the hotel because on Google Maps the route was wrong (we managed to get there because we found a man on the street at 11pm walking his dog and he showed us the right way). As we arrived very late, the receptionist handed over the room keys and explained that he would complete check-in the next day. The next morning I saw that there was no towel in the room and I went to reception to ask for a towel, when the hotel owner just asked me: have you already paid for your accommodation? He didn't bother to find out why the check-in hadn't been completed, much less apologized for not having towels in the room. I found his attitude very rude. At breakfast we ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and the waitress only delivered the eggs.

There wasn’t much to like about the accommodation. The rooms where outdated, the beds where very hard and the breakfast was nothing like the pictures. Furthermore the playground for the children was clearly up for maintenance and was a liability with everything broken for our 18-month old daughter. Furthermore they tried to charge us ridiculous amounts for a plain plate of pasta (€12 for a plate of cooked pasta, where we asked for a slice of bread for the little one) which was even more expensive then a regular order from the kids menu. Next to that they charge you literally for everything you ask. A bit of yoghurt, that will be €2,50 for the baby. Having your own baby cot with you that is fine will charge you anyway for a 3rd person every night you stay. In our case that amounted to €80 for nothing… bottom line just don’t go there, it’s not worth your money!!

The lady from the breakfast was friendly as well as one of the waiters in the evening.

Road to accommodation was very poor, it was gravel with many holes, I drive sport car with lower suspension and have to be very very careful, plus Google maps suggested road that is not suitable for car at all, owner of property should clear that issue with Google, breakfast was good first day, another days not any more because it was offered same food every day, there was noise at late night when We need to sleep. All together, it was not worth the money we paid, for our next visit in this area We will looking for another accommodation.

Location was great, but that is only excellent about this accommodation, everything else was lower than average.

Dust hanging off the bedroom walls so could do with a bit more thorough cleaning. The walls are paper thin so noisy neighbours can affect your sleep. The restaurant was a bit of a let-down as we had just had a great agriturismo dinner experience so we were quite disappointed as we didn't get the feel of the menu being locally sourced. The food quality was adequate at best and quite pricy. The breakfast was also a disappointment with just a couple of sad green apples and a raw nectarine on offer in the fruit basket, no vegetables and most other produce feeling very factory made and plastic wrapped. The eggs were good though.

Free water in the minibar, good bathroom, a/c made the room comfortable in the heat. The courtyard terrace where dinner and breakfast is served is lovely.

We were given (a converted celler) room which stunk of mildew, the walls were humid, and obviously been wet as all the paint had crumbled off, there was a dehumidifier going in the room permanently. The evening meal was meat , which was so full of grissle and nerve.....uneatable!!!!! The propriétaire was not present at any time!!!!! The staff took the meat off the bill, but expected me to wait untill 10.00am to claim a remboursement for the room.

Beautiful location in the middle of nature... we received 2 adjoined comfortable rooms (we were 5) - large , air-conditioneded, the Location was a good start for a trips to all como lake towns - Amazing hosts. free parking for our car . the restaurant ws very good and we ate both breakfast (included) and dinner which were very good.

A beautiful stay surrounded by nature and many beautiful walks. The farm itself had lovely animals and the kids loved being in nature. The accommodation was charming and the onsite restaurant served a perfect breakfast and delicious dinners. Sergio went out of his way to make everyone happy. I cannot wait to go back

Can’t find anything to improve. The place reflects very well what someone should expect from agriturismo.

The place and facilities were beautiful. Our room was of a larger size we expected and very pretty. Our kid enjoyed it very much as well given that they have a farm next door and he could see many animals (cows horses rabbits etc). There are walks to do around there which is a plus. Food is nice as we had a dinner and breakfast and we enjoyed it. But more importantly of all for us has been the amazing customer service. Both the person responsible for the agriturismo and Sergio were incredibly helpful and nice and made sure they really assisted us with anything we needed, especially having a small kid. Sergio went the extra mile making sure we had the best stay ever. Really grateful for that and we’ll definitely be back.
