The kitchen wasn’t equipped with a jug, toaster or microwave. There were no opening windows for airflow and we thought it had a damp smell.

Location was excellent for visiting all the attractions, the bus and train stations were also very close. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby or an easy walk to and within an easy walk to the island of Ortigia.

The apartment itself is a bit damp and not very light. It's not very large but the mezzanine is a nice touch and certainly makes it big enough.

Although the street looks a bit rundown, the location is perfectly situated between Ostigia and the archeological sites. We were met in person by someone from the apartment and got a good explanation about things to visit, where to eat etc.

We thought breakfast was included when we made the reservation but it was not included. This was our only disappointment. We also would have liked to have an extra set of keys as there were 3 adults.

The floors were beautiful and it was very spacious. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. We liked the balcony.

Lovely apartment in good location with easy access to the tourist sights of Siracusa and beyond. The apartment is spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and a nice bathroom. There is free on street parking. Simone, the property manager, was very helpful and responded quickly when needed. There was a useful guide to the apartment, local restaurants and attractions in Siracusa

Mattress a bit uncomfortable as you can feel the springs in places.

Quiet street, close to amenities and bus stop. Clean and equipped kitchen. Effective heating for cold nights and cosy bedding. Good WiFi. Check-in in person but no issues, clear instructions and very responsive contact.

It is a great apartment, with a very good loacation . 5 minutes from the bus station, 7 minutes from the railway station and app. 20 minutes from Ortigia and 20-25 minutes from Neapolis Archaeological Park.

The accommodation is located at a quiet street and within the walking distance to the Siracusa old town, markets, and many restaurants. Free parking easily available on the adjacent streets. Very good communication with the property manager made everything run well. We also appreciated rubbish segregation, something we didn’t come across often while touring Sicily.

The bathroom was poorly ventilated and felt damp most of the time. The breakfast option was simply a voucher for a drink and pastry at a local coffee shop.

The appartment had everything we needed. This made our cooking efforts easy. It was cool, spacious and comfortable particularly as it was rather hot outside!

Damage on the bathroom No 2nd key!!! We still.dont understand their policy to not give a 2nd key!!! So, if for example someone want to go out early and the rest family is sleeping ...you can go out with the keys and the rest ones will stay with no electricity at the flat!! Thus, no a/c, no lights...!!

The bathroom was malfunctioning, bidet was not flowing any water out and one of the shower handles was broken and the first time I opened it to wash my feet since the bidet was not functioning normally it got me all wet. The breakfast was a 5/10 just because you could only pick 1 pastry and only something to drink and that was not enough for breakfast.

The location was nice about 7 min walk to the island. Free parking was available in the street nearby for free or you could also park at the train station which was 5 min away. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious offering a kitchen.

The kitchen cupboard was dirty inside. The walls in the bedroom was full with mold. 1 of the chairs were broken and the sealing of the bathtub was bad, after taking a shower the bathroom was floating. Next time i would look for an other apartment, as it doesnt worth the value.

The apartment was nice, location is great, but not in the central. Bathroom and the bedroom is big and comfortable. Kitchen was pretty great too.
