Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The location is great. CLose to the dead sea beach. Spa and the outdoor pool are excellent. Late check-in on Saturday was a bit of a disappointmnet. But the hotel provided luggage storage and offered to use the hotel facilities while waiting for the room.

IsraelAs in all kosher hotels in Israel, there is no decent coffee on Saturday morning. I find it outrageous.
Wonderful atmosphere - adults only, relaxing garden with many seating areas, great spa with salt water heated pool, very good fresh water swimming pool. Excellent restaurant with many options, including vegeterian and even vegan. I suggest going half board, there are not too many restaurants in the area. The beach is only a few steps away. It is gorgeous and clean. Comfortable bed.

IsraelI already suggested they add one more rug - one more carpet - from the Spa Entrance around the corner to the elevator, for safety. The beautiful marble floors are very slippery when you walk by the spa around the corner to the elevator, from the oil on people's shoes from the spa, and water dripping from their swimsuits. They already have warning signs about the slippery surface, but it would be much, much safer to have a carpet, (a long skinny "runner") just like they have from the front desk to the spa. I saw one of the workers start to slip and almost fall but he was young and could catch himself. So if you are there, just be careful when you are walking if you have a room on the side of the hotel that the spa is on.
The staff helped me with everything I needed and always gave me new towels and chocolate. They called my room to ask how everything was each day and Hofit was amazingly generous. The breakfasts were my favorite. The coffee was consistently delicious (cappuccinos made by the barista) and the eggs-to-order were great. The location was perfect - right across the street from the Dead Sea and the nice tayelet to walk along, and a block from the Dead Sea Mall (small plaza) and burger place, pizza place and what looked like a Mexican restaurant. There was entertainment if you wanted it in the evenings, but also quiet places to sit inside and outside. The spa had everything you would want: Dead sea salt water pool, dry sauna, wet sauna, steam room, small gym (I used the recumbent bicycle).

NetherlandsThan I didn't & could'n stay longer!
The spa in Oasis are just amazing, it's take's your all problems away. So much variety and most important it's really very relaxing. Room, I had on the six flour with the view on the Dead Sea, it was WOW! Room self big enough even for few people, supper comfortabel bad, good matras, relaxing corner, table with chair, big modern flat TV, closet with bathrobe, smal fridge, coffee, thee, water. Big bathroom, with bath, excellent towels and cosmetics from the Dead Sea. Breakfast? Delicious and so much variety, from typical Israeli food to English choices, very much for all. So much variety for vegan and vegetarian as well. Several different coffee's and the fresh juices. Paradise! Lobby, relaxing places, gardens and pool outside with the space and different sofa's where you can laid, sit or relax... if you are not at the Dead Sea self or in the saunas, massage & treatments room. But most important are the staff. From the lobby- desk, especially Mr Nursel, wonderful & warm & helpful & friendly and professional, from the moment you come inside , you feel very welcome and you are the center of all. All the huiskeepers lady's , thank you very much for your wonderful work and your kindness! At the restaurant , Mr Mahmud, he will advice you, help you with all and even send birthday present to my room! It was such a pleasant but wonderful surprise. The Oasis Spa Hotel is located just a 5 meter from the bus stop. Very well connection with bus from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem.
