Everything was perfect, from the staff to the bungalow and the food ! Absolutely recommend staying here !! It made our stay in Lombok so memorable

The only „negative“ thing was the wifi. It wasn‘t very strong. For sure enough to use instagram/whatsapp etc. but for work it wasnt fast enough (uploads/ downloads and calls). Kuta has enough cafes with strong wifi where you can work!

Beautiful property in the middle of the jungle! Very silent the only thing you can hear is the sounds of the animals. For sure you need a scooter to reach Kuta. The staff was super friendly. Our mattress was very uncomfortable, we told the staff and they bought a new one. Absolutely amazing service. Breakfast was super yummy (especially the pancakes).

The location is perfect, because it’s just outside the busy center. You feel like you’re in an oase of peice and silence, in the middle of the jungle. Monkeys visit your bungalow and when your swimming in the pool, you can watch them climbing the trees. The bungalows are amazing, you have your own patio downstairs, outside bathroom and upstairs the bedroom with AC. All the staf is amazingly helpful and friendly and they make the best food!! You can also rent a scooter at the hotel, wich is very convenient. They also help you with local tours, the tetebatu tour was the best, definitely do it. This was one of the best stays I ever had.

Everything is perfectly fine at the place - each day clean up of the room and everything. It is in the middle of the forest so expect also the associated animals around.

Outside of the town, truly in nature with a nice swimming pool to take a dive in together with the monkeys. Next to that the service was great.

While Majango Bungalows has a calm vibe, there were some issues. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, causing inconvenience. The shower and toilet weren't great, especially on rainy days when only half of them was covered, making it unpleasant and uncomfortable to use. The place has nice pool, but also it would be nice to use the space besides for sunbeds (those were dirty and under the roof). Despite those cons, I would recommend Majang Bungalows

Majango Bungalows offers a serene retreat with friendly and helpful staff, creating a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing getaway - the place is very quiet, with occasional guests (as monkeys, cats or cows:) ). The breakfast was very delicious. Besides, the location is very convenient as it is near the Kuta centre (10min with the scooter)

We didnt mind so much but its a bit remote and you have to drive down a steep hill with motor bike to get away.

This real value for money. Not the most luxurious obviously, but it has everything you need, it’s super clean, the pool is beautiful, in the middle of a monkey forest and the staff is really sweet. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved it.

The hotel gave me a scooter that was broken. It jerked very hard and stopped constantly. It was dangerous,my evening was ruined by it. They didn't take money for it. Very transparent curtains - at six o'clock in the morning it is impossible to sleep

This place is very nice. Bungalows are good condition. You have a great bedroom upstairs and nice lounge and bathroom first floor. Staff are so friendly and nice. Breakfast very delicious. We enjoyed our staying there a lot.

This is a fantastic place to retreat to at the end of the day with a ‘jungle’ feel and a nice pool to cool off in (though if you have blonde hair it may turn a bit green!) You ideally need to have a scooter/motorbike so you can go out to eat or explore. The road in/out is very steep but it’s fine if you’re a reasonably confident rider. You can hire motorbikes directly from Majango at reasonable rates.

The location is a bit further from the centre of Kuta, so you should rent a bike at the accommodation to be able to go to the centre.

The staff was so kind! The bungalow was beautiful and clean, and the terrain looked so great because of all the nature. The breakfast was also really good!

Only point I would make is the pool has too many chemicals. Both me and my partner have fair hair and his beard and the ends of my hair turned green . Maybe need to look at the treatment for the pool as a note. But this would never deter us from going back. He was quite happy with the look 😂😂 and it washed back easy enough.

This was the ultimate Gem of our trip to Indonesia. The place is stunning. Amidst nature at its best, jungle vibes, monkeys everywhere around the place, calling Ghekos, wild dogs, birds and the lovely cat and her kitten. Traditional built bungalows, hammocks and an amazing pool. We absolutely loved this place and stayed longer. The staff where something else. They're super friendly, entertaining, fun, full of love and always smiling. This place stole our hearts and we will remain friends with Suzanne and the team FOREVER ❤️🙏Thanks for EVERYTHING 🥰

if the accommodation was worked on a bit more, it would be a unique jewel. a few details like curtains in the room, shelves under the shower, clean pool and slightly less slippery stairs to the bedroom would be really nice

Great location about 5 minutes by scooter outside of Kuta in the middle of the jungle. With a beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfast including vegan options. Scooters are available directly at the accommodation. The staff was very nice, each room also has its own veranda with hammock and an open air bathroom.

I didn't check properly when I made the booking, so I didn't realize my room was fan only and no AC. The room could get pretty hot during the day. This is not a good location if you are not able to drive a motobike. The swimming pool was very hot, no area to chill in the shade and cool down.

The staff is truly amazing, they were always super friendly making sure I was feeling good. The breakfast is delicious! They let me check in early and have breakfast late when I was surfing. The bungalows are spatious and the shower was hot.

Just a small thing to know beforehand: the pool might tarnish silver jewellery and turn very blond hair green if you stay in too long. So just leave your jewellery and put your hair up :)

Very nice private Bungalows and very helpful staff. Big outside bathroom and pretty surrounding landscape. Close to nature (monkeys on the roof) and delicious breakfast. You can order from different restaurants at any time. Great pool!

Do not pay extra for a deluxe bungallow, we arrived there and all bungallows were the same, we paid an extra for nothing as even the staff could not tell us how the deluxe bungallow was different to the other ones. Unfortunately the place did not match our expectation, the place did not have much intimity (the garden view is a view of the other bungallows). It lacks love and care, the area near the pool has a broken daybed with empty plastic gallons and left over of construction material laying around, the seating bean bags are extremely dirty. Also their is no AC which is fine but opening the windows on the second floor if a MAJOR hazard. In order to get some hot water for tea you need to go in the (dirty) kitchen staff and diy with a use a dirty burnt pot to heat your water (no kettle available).

The staff was very kind (as in most places) and the breakfast was good. The concept of each bungallow having their private terrace is nice but not very practicle or accessible for people with limited mobility, children and seniors because of the very steep stairs which are almost like a ladder to reach your bedroom on the 2nd floor. Easy to organize taxi, rent scooter and order food from outside.

- amazing spot, beautiful garden & pool, it’s like a secret place in the jungle. We even saw monkeys while swimming in the pool. It’s quiet and away from the busy streets (you will need to rent a scooter if you want to visit kuta & beaches) - easy to rent a scooter directly here (80k a day) and to organize transportation around Lombok - good breakfast & free water - mosquito net & hammock - staff is friendly and you feel safe - the cat :) - With the fan on, we didn’t even hear the prayers at 5am
