“Checked in on Saturday for 3 nights. On Sunday night they advised they were closing at 8pm and we should just leave the key in the door on Tuesday when we leave. No coffee facilities in the room, had to ask them to leave us with toilet paper for 2 days. Only sporadic wifi. We were their paying guests and they just closed the place down, telling us they also need days of rest. This was an absolute outrage. Who books into a Hotel that closes while you are staying there? There was NO housekeeping at all. We were told to go to the coffee across the road if we wanted to buy coffee for breakfast. Disgusting treatment and would not recommend at all. Marlene Bell.
