Iannis and Helena were very kind and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and well equiped. A trouble in the shower vacuum has been quickly repared. The breakfast is prepared by Iannis and is copious. A very pleasant stay !

The loveliest family, we felt so welcomed. The apartment was clean and spacious. Nice swimming pool and great views to the mountains. Continental breakfast for a small amount of money was delightful. Hotel is just a short drive away from the town. Great place to stay.

Superb quiet apartments on outskirts of Agios, large pool which was never busy. The hosts Yannis and Eleni are lovely, friendly, and always happy to help with places to see and restaurants to visit. A great place for families.

Our hosts, were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was excellent; well equipped, clean with balcony and beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and we thought it was good value for money. We especially enjoyed the greek yoghurt with fruit and honey. Lovely location, with lots to see and do in the area.

The toilet was a bit weird, it was spraying water a bit when covered and flushed. The shower could have had a cabin, instead of one wall, to stop the water from dripping on the floor, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

The room was lovely, it was new I think and everything looked chic, the host was very friendly and he was kind enough to give us a complimentary bottle of olive oil when we left. He responded quickly on Booking when I contacted him before we arrived.

The water pipelines and overall installations are kind of old and need some refurbishment, but this will not ruin your experience! Another advice would be to install some mosquitos nets on the windows (even if we have to admit that there were desinfection campaigns and the rosmarin bushes help fighting against them).

Yannis and Helena are the most welcoming hosts! If you want a true greek accomodating experience, this is the right place! In the room you can find all you need (kitchenette fully equipped). We had a really nice time and we recommend this place! The swimming pool and the breakfast are really nice! Cleaning service was also above the expectations! Thank you and looking forward to visiting you again! Parking place for your rental car is sufficient in the courtyard (maybe at top season could be an issue, but we are sure you can find a solution).

One thing I would like to mention when we booked room through booking.com we booked room with double bed, but ended up with two single beds. Still place was so good, we would definitely stay again .

Some insects that are quite normal when you live at the nature. And that I needed to take care of a garbage myself cause trash can were quite small and till the middle of the day it was full.

View from my own terrace near the room 710 and table were awesome. Owners are very hospitable , friendly and relaxed and it felt comfortable. The room had everything I needed and by request hosts provided me olive oil (and one small bottle as gift to the baggage) and sandwich maker. The oven was exceptionally good, baked everything fast and good. Absolutely recommend the place.

Relative noise from the occupants of the upper apartments for the first 2 days. Then it was ok.

Beautiful, quiet and well-kept accommodation. There was a personal garden area for each room on the ground floor. The hosts Mr. Giannis and Mrs. Eleni were very kind and always willing to serve. Basic breakfast but in a very nice spot in the garden, by the pool. The company of kittens was on a daily basis and they were all very friendly. The distances were short by car. About ten minutes from Agios Nikolaos and the beautiful beach of Almyros.
