They charge extra for everything, the internet in the room is charged extra per device, otherwise go to the lobby, but the connection was not even good, so I had to pay twice to connect laptop and phone (also because the signal of my mobile data wasn’t working inside the hotel, I was forced to buy internet for me phone too)

The parking! Spaces were so narrow that it was almost impossible to open your car door and actually get out! Ridiculous tight 90 degree turn to drive up ramp to upstairs parking. Not enough parking spaces in general. Quite noisy - traffic noise all night despite closed windows and some noise from other rooms.

The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen was clean.

The room had a certain mustiness about it- I think maybe the carpet. Couple of WiFi issues that were easily resolved with a phone call.

Great location for Spire Hospital- I was due in early for an operation.Uber arrived in 2 minutes to take me to hospital in morning. Sheets were clean and it was nice to have a bath.

Hairs in the sink and bath and on the floor, rubbish and old key card under the bed. Was woken at 9am by reception asking us as well as other rooms to check out even though check out isn’t actually until 10am!!

Very dated. The lifts were worryingly old so we chose the stairs. The lights that did work in the room were cold white lights, not welcoming at all.

Great location for West Didsbury and free parking was a plus. As we booked on the day the price was good.

I arrived on a Saturday evening and the car park was very busy - sadly mainly occupied by people who couldnt park cars very well so it was hard to find a suitable space and be able to open the car door - not a fault of the hotel though! Parking on Sunday was much less difficult. Of the three lifts only two were working for most of the time, although at one point only one was operating.

The hotel had all the amenities I needed and was handy for the places I intended to visit - mainly Sale water park. Food & drink available on site if required.
