The hotel is quite close to a bar that doesn't close to 2am. I was only staying at the hotel for one-night mid-week, and there were still people drinking and being a tad loud until midnight. It wasn't a major issue but be conscious of this if staying at the hotel during the weekends.

The location of this place was amazing as it is right near a bunch of restaurants and bars, as well as a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room was really clean and spacious and the staff were really helpful.

The room floors are covered with dusty carpets. No tea making facilities. We had a problem at 7 pm and contacted the receptionist via telephone, as they were not at present at the hotel anymore. At that time it was 'too late' to do anything to the situation. Also I felt that I was spoken to with an unrespectful manner and blamed for the situation.

We had to re-enter the password to the wifi every time we returned to the hotel, but this was a very small thing.

Such a great hotel. Staff were lovely to us, the room was beautiful, cosy, everything worked. We felt very good in it. Right in the tourist area. Close to the beach, 5 mis walk to where you can bathe in sea. We would definitely return there.

The twin room has exactly enough space to move around the beds (if they are pushed together in the middle) and no more. We managed fine and were ok with it as a place just to sleep but it isn't roomy. Very small bathroom, could only just sit down on loo with my knee pressed almost to the wall.

Great location only minutes walk from beaches, shops and bus routes. Rooms super clean and fresh, little balcony for fresh air. Good pressure in shower.

The location is perfect, small and very clean hotel in the heart of Biarritz, close to bars, restaurants, cafes and a few steps from the sea. The staff were super friendly at all times, both at reception and the cleaning staff who paid attention to every detail. I would definitely recommend it 100%!

The bathroom was a little small and therefore difficult to manoeuvre in, but it was no big deal really.

The location is perfect. The building is very pretty and traditional. Very comfortable and nice staff. They kept our luggage for us with no issue.

There was no personnel after 18 any day so we got a code to get in. We could hear the noises from the room above. The so called 'continental' breakfast was just: croissant, filtered coffee, supermarket orange juice, pieces of baguette with butter and jam.

The hotel is in a perfect location and good value for money. It is really clean but there are only towels and a little soap, pretty basic.

The bed mattress was not very comfortable. We had the feeling we were sinking into the mattress and lacked back support.

The location was close to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check out while we explored the city.

Our hotel room was extremely basic and not very roomy, and as it was on the fround floor next to the entry and check-in desk, a bit too noisy for our taste.

Very convenient neighbourhood near the beach, aquarium, shops and restaurants.
