These observations can easily be fixed. I recommend providing an antislip mat to prevent falls in the bath tub. The tub is very clean but not slip resistant. I almost fell when taking a shower. Also, when you open the toilet downstairs, even there was a lingering smell after flushing, maybe something with the ventilation system.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. The fittings and amenities are modern and tastefully provisioned. The host was very pleasant and made her best effort to make us feel welcome. I can personally recommend this place to anyone with a family such as ours. We can't wait to return. The kids loved it, absolutely lovely!

When we got dropped off the postcode took us around the back of the apartment so it didn’t look like the picture we were sent we eventually found the front of the apartment and we’re able to access it.

We loved the location and how much space we had the apartment had everything we needed.

There was nothing to dislike

Having a great comfortable sleep in a spotless spacious apartment makes spending long days in Disney much happier. Well equipped for cooking, however, plenty of restaurants and cafes near by.

Localization, very close to Disneyland, just aroud the corner to little lovely village with restaurants and shops. Very worm apartment, very clean, so well equipped, even coffee, sugar, plates, glasses, microwave, dishwasher, cosmetics etc. 2 balconies, closed private estate. Lovely owner, very bright and happy person.

While the property was clean to the naked eye it does need a deep clean, dust on skirting boards and radiators. Cutlery drawer and dishes not clean enough. Also bed sheets on main double bed has holes in it but all in all for the money it was very good and I would stay again and recommend, I only notice these things as we have holidays rentals too

The property is in ana excellent location close to Disney but also close to supermarkets and restaurants at a fraction of the cost of Disney restaurants. It’s very cosy and beds are comfortable, there was a dewy room for us as a family of 7

Only issue I had was the stairs where very narrow going up to bedroom. Also I understand places need to get ready for other customers so we decided to head straight into disneyland paris to spend the day but then the host told me if we weren't there by 10pm there would be a €50 additional charge. This wasn't advertised on the accommodation so we had to cut a day short to make it back to apartment by 10pm Other than those issues it was a pleasant stay 😌

The area is still being developed perhaps 90% complete; there are enough restaurants to meet the requirements just about, but i think within a few months this will be a buzzing new city with hopefully lots of new bars and restaurants.

Lovely apartment with 2 bedrooms and a well fitted kitchen. The area, while still being built, is a lovely quiet area with wide clean streets. Near the apartment is a bakery and a Carrefour City for your daily needs. In the main square there is a bar and several restaurants; and within 10 minute walk is a huge shopping centre (mall) RER station is under a 10 minute walk and Disney land is one stop away so about 5 - 7 minutes on the train; and the exit of the railway station is at Disney front gates. So super easy to access that location

The apartment was just what we needed for our needs. After a long day walking around Paris City and disney land, coming back to the apartment was a joy. Great cosy place with lots of room and beautiful balcony to relax on even when raining, you are sheltered which I really liked.

Everything was perfect.

We locked ourselves out and Fany helped us right away and came to solve the problem. She generally was always available if we had any questions or needed help. I think thats very kind and extraordinary of her. We also were able to have a late checkout. It really was a great experience and if she allows us we will definitely be back. Great apartment, in a very fancy neighbourhood and great possibilities to go out for shopping or to eat.

The one person beds were a little bit hard and toilet smelled a bit funny, but nothing too crazy

The location was amazing!! A 5 minute walk to the shoppingcentre Val D'Europe, 20 minutes walking to Disneyland but also a free shuttlebus around the corner (to Disneyland). The appartment was absolutely big enough for 5 people and had everything we needed. Fany & Sebastien were very friendly and super helpful! 100% recommended, thank you for the lovely stay.

if you’re planning to go to Disneyland look no further. I’ve never been so happy with a booking, the apparent is clean, peaceful and has everything you need. good beds! literally 200m from shopping, restaurants and the bus (bus34) to Disneyland (5mins) or 20minute walk.
