“Lovely welcome , good communication beforehand. Good room, got us an iron on request, recycles bottles with water station , , garden looked great didn’t use much due to weather and pool was closed. There was food for the night we went to the concert which was lovely and fresh and a great idea.”
“The hotel was fine overall. Most of the facilities were in good condition, but there were broken windows and worn paint, which made it look shabby. The breakfast was decent with enough options for a quick meal, though there wasn’t much variety. Lunch was similar, basic but sufficient. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool as it was closed, and the room I booked through Booking.com wasn’t the one I received.
The staff were very friendly and tried their best to understand us, despite their limited English. The location isn’t well-connected by public transport, requiring a 12-15 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, but it is close to the airport.”
