Positive section of review
The location of the house was very good. It was in the centre, close to public transport, yet away from the noise. I liked the decoration of the house, the usage areas, wi-fi, TV, coffee machine, kettle. It was very easy to get in and out of the house. I was very pleased that they allowed for late check out. Communication with host was smooth.

There were areas that needed improvement in terms of cleanliness. We also told our host that the balcony was not cleaned when we arrived and there were cigarette butts. Washing the sofa, pillows and carpets on the floor would make the house look cleaner. There was air conditioning in the living room but the bedroom was cold because the heating did not work in the bedroom. We did not have a problem as there were spare blankets. Shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom would also improve the accommodation experience.

Perfect location, in the center, near the cable cars. Helpful English speaking staff. Nice and clean rooms with an equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, electric kettle. Room with TV and wifi. Bathroom with bathtub. The room on the ground floor has a terrace.

Great apartment in the middle of Sofia. Warm welcome from Georgi, lots of space, good facilities, supermarkets nearby and everything within walking distance. Thank you very much for a nice stay.

There was really quiet, except noisy trams on the street. Host was nice and we didn’t have any problem to connect with him. The hostel itself was absolutely fine. We liked staying there.

For that price there are not any issues, maybe the noise out of a trams in the morning, but it wasn’t such a big deal

It does not look like a Business hotel. It is situated direct on the main street and the windows are not sound proofed so it is the same as if you sleep on the street. Very soft uncomfortable beds, I tried to sleep on the floor
