One of the Shower doors was missing so the water spilled into the bathroom floor and the squeegee to mop the floor had a foul odour. Otherwise good size bathroom and power shower

The cleanliness of the space wasn't great. The carpet was dirty and the toilet was old and not too clean. The balcony door was broken, so it was a struggle to open it, being the only way you could get fresh air into the room.

The location was great, and the stuff was really helpful! Easy to find as well.

The sofa-bed was impossible to sleep on. I will suggest not to use it at all. The towels are very small and the bathroom was not very clean.

We were 2 pensioners with suitcases, our room was on the top floor, no lift or offer of help with our luggage.. No coffee available because the milk was off even though there was a shop next door! For the price it was OK..

The bed sheets came off easily as it had no elastic to secure it on the mattress. Moreover, the plastic walls securing the shower were flimsy and could easily break so that should be fixed. Lastly, the jacuzzi was not working at all which was a disappointment.

It was situated in a good location walking distance to everywhere. The staff were friendly and the hotel has a homely feel. The rooms on the 4th floor have incredible views also.

"Free parking" is a joke. It just means drive until you find a small space to squeeze into on a very narrow street. It

The fact that the fridge wasn't functional. There were small insects coming out from the shower cabin. There is no parking spot around, just a super narrow street where you can leave your car.

The air conditioner had no remote control so if I wanted to turn it off then I would need the receptionist to come up to turn it on again. There was an ashtray in the windowsill outside the window with old cigarette butts. So even if the room is for non smokers, someone broke the rule and nobody has noticed. I guess nobody has cleaned the windows. The shower had rails for two sliding doors to enclose the shower space but there was only one door.

The smoking smell, someone smoke into the bathroom and I smell in the morning and sometimes during the night. It seems that this property allow to smoke inside . Please be aware of that.

Very neglected. The room was extremely dirty. There were packages of food behind the desk. The carpet was dirty. The air conditioner didn't work. The lock was broken. The shower too.
