The room was very spacious, clean and had everything you may need for your stay. The staff was very attentive and quick. The location is great if you need to stay nearby the airport, they offer a free shuttle service that also runs from early in the morning if you have an early flight, as we did. The driver was perfectly on time.

Non-English-speaking staff in the morning. Unclear information regarding the shuttle bus service, which was kind of the purpose of living so close to Beijing capital airport when transiting.

Wifi didn’t work dépité calling réception to sort out. Air con work but don’t blow cold air. Couldn’t sleep with heat. No socket near bed. Only for I arrived late to hotel I would have changed straight away. Staff were not helpful

Very close to airport. We were upgraded to a very big room free of charge. Personnel at reception very helpful in arranging free shuttle. Lovely place to stay. About 50 mins either express subway from the airport to the city.

Nice Hotel near the Airport of Beijing. We had a great time in the Hotel Restaurant. Very friendly staff.

It is clean and comfortable.

It is close to the Beijing Capital Airport. When we arrived at the Terminal 3 and called the hotel, the hotel airport shuttle quickly came to pick us up.

shower water is cold, how much waste to run the water to get the water temperature is ok to shower ! waste too much water!!!

We had an extremely disappointing experience with their shuttle service. After waiting nearly an hour at the airport for the shuttle to arrive, we were dismayed by the lack of assistance from the staff in loading our luggages onto the bus. Despite our requests for help, we were met with indifference. The driver even callously remarked that we could file a complaint but refused to lend a hand. As we (me and kid) struggled to load our two suitcases into the shuttle ourselves, the driver remained seated, merely observing without offering any assistance and even not opening the shuttle door. Throughout the journey to the hotel, our luggage continually shifted dangerously close to our legs, posing a serious safety hazard. The driver's irresponsible behavior and disrespectful attitude left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you expect to receive such poor and inconsiderate service.

The WiFi in the room was too slow and it was not easy to use.

Outdated interiors with smell of stale tobacco in some common areas. The entrance to our room had a smell of stale food. There was also no milk in the fridge and no sugar. The water was not hot enough for a shower, I froze. The windows could not be opened and the heating could not be adjusted. At reception they asked for a price that was double what was quoted by Booking. Luckily I found the Booking reservation and they charged that.

The free shuttle to the airport (we did not know how to order a shuttle from the airport and had to take a taxi). WiFi was fine. The sheets were clean and the bed was huge. Nice Nescafé in the room.

There was no hot water in the room. We were moved into the other room and the water was still not hot enough for such winter temperatures. When comparing this hotel to other hotels in China, this was far the worst because China does have nice, proper hotels.

It's closer to the International Airport and the stuff was friendly.

The shower didn’t work, there was no hot water at all and there was no-where in the hotel open for food or drink at 8pm. I only booked between flights for a place to have a shower, a sleep and a meal. Wifi? Forget it. Pubic hairs in the bath.

They sent a shuttle bus to collect you from the airport. They gave me a room upgrade and the room was very generously proportioned, clean and comfy bedding and overall the hotel was quite nice. Good amenities in the room like robes, toiletries etc.
