The line for check-in was so long that it took us 35 minutes to check in, although I had even paid in advance! The staff and receptionists were not even close to what you expect from such a hotel. They either didn't know the answer or they contradicted each other. I basically chose this hotel only for its many activities that were mentioned in the website that were either closed or not available. The night we stayed in the hotel, a thunderstorm was expected so I asked for dinner in the restaurant and they said the restaurant only serves breakfast! and considering that they only serve breakfast, we were shockingly woken up at 6:15 in the morning next day by the fire alarm!

The location is perfect and our room was facing the lake letting the kids to use the patio door to go back and forth to the lake. The Magog city was so beautiful and we really loved it.

Hair dryer barely worked and AC/Heater unit's front cover hung open because it wouldn't hold. Breakfast buffet was poor and we didn't eat at the hotel. And the dining room was closed both evenings for private event and not enough staff to accept hotel guests. We ate very well in town.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, but in need of attention. Outdoor hot tub, both indoor hot tubs, indoor pool and sauna all working and very nice. Close to town and Mt Orford.

Very loud and jammed into small restaurant area when larger area was available while hockey team co occupied same seating area.

Although it was very difficult to obtain reservations at the restaurant; the restaurant didn't offer room meal service. The rooms didn't have coffee tables. The luggage carts were hard to find.

Reception people were very friendly and helpful, We asked for a room change, and it was provided. Pool and hot tubs were functional and clean. Rooms were comfortable, clean and functional. Wi-Fi was fluent.

The room was not properly cleaned (evident dust) The outdoor (lake activities) are very dirty, you take a paddle board, cayak or pedal boat and it is dirty. Please extend a hose and fresh water to the staff at the lake to clean after each user (especially more important during the pandemic)

Breakfast was not included I believe that with the price paid a continental breakfast must have been included as it is at this price level in competing resorts

Mattresses in a terrible need of updating. Could hear kids in the room over ours running and jumping, to the point we could not sleep in the morning. Pricing changed every night which was not explicit in the booking, so cost WAY more than expected

Bathroom walls needed some patching and repaint. In addition to blackout curtains it would have been nice to have some sheer curtains, particularly since we were on the ground floor. We couldn't let light in without being exposed to passers by.

Staff was friendly and responsive to requests. Parking was free (you wouldn't find that at a city hotel). Outside the hotel and the general area felt very safe, even at night. Nice outdoor pool and pool deck. Wish we had time to use it.

I thought we will have a two-bed queen-size ( we were three people); instead, we got one queen-size bed and a couch. the couch was not comfortable at all.

The restaurant. Food was very average, and noone knew anything about wine. I ordered shrimp manicotti, and found one single shrimp in my plate... manicotti were actually cheap lasagna rolled up. And dessert seemed like they were bought from a cheap grocery store.

Our room was well located with the patio by the pool. Room large enough to fit our 2 bikes.

The kitchenette was very smal. Only two chairs for 4 persons.

The hotel has a very good location, nice view of mont Orford from our balcony. We liked the swimming pool and the spa.
