Having to wait at the gate to enter the property. No response to the intercom, however we did come in late that evening.

We had to leave by 07:30 therefore, we did not get to experience the breakfast

We loved that the hotel allowed us to check in a bit earlier than previously arranged. The breakfast was good, comparable with other reputable places, with the loveliest orange juice and the most divine coffee. The room was very spacious and the bed nice and comfy. The shower was a showstopper.

The scenery and the room was spectacular. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly and helped us wherever they could. In the near future I would love to be at the estate again.

Would be nice to have a brighter bulb for the middle of the room. Otherwise everything was perfect!

We needed a place that was near Cape Town to rest after our evening flight, and Lovane was the perfect place for us. We arrived after office hours, so the security guard helped to check us in. The size of the room was just nice, and the heated towel bar in the toilet was lovely as it was getting cold in autumn. Lovane was also so kind to gift us a bottle of wine. Breakfast was yummy too. We wish we had more time to spend here as the view of the mountains and open fields is exceptionally gorgeous. We also saw some cute sheep with their babies running around! How adorable.

Lovane was a little gem to find close to Stellenbosch. It’s 10min into town and conveniently located. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything one needs. The mini fridge was packed and you receive a complimentary bottle of their house wine and a wine tasting upon arrival! It was like a private experience and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them. Ample parking outside under the trees as well. Breakfast was excellent and we ended up choosing omelettes daily as they were just so delicious! :)

My stay here exceeded expectations. The staff at checkin were exceptional, giving a full tour of the property. We were greeted with a complimentary wine tasting and bottle of wine to enjoy of our balcony overlooking true vine yard. The breakfast was yummy.
