Lifts can be busy, especially after breakfast. Beach is a bus ride away, and you have to book, otherwise you can miss out even if you booked the beach package. Shuttle services are not very frequent. Location is in south of Dubai, far from the Dubai Mall and Old Town.

Definitely worth upgrading to one of the higher rooms, we overlooked the marina and sea from 21st floor, with a balcony. Good selection at breakfast, but be prepared for it to be busy after 9am. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was both good and bad, it's in the south of Dubai, there is a lovely marina area, pleasant to walk around at night, with a vibrant beach area 20 min walk, good local shops.

Hotel is new and was very clean. Staff was helpful and amazing. Lifts are fast, less waiting times even during rush hours. Rooms are spacious and clean. Mattress was comfortable.

The location was great, we were very close to the Jumeirah Strip and from the Dubai Marina

In the mornings when I had appointments for transportation to the beach, there were delays. I stayed closed in the minibus for 25 minutes without the air conditioning on. one of the passengers opened the doors and went to the reception to see what it was about. the person responsible for the transfer and the driver were talking in the hotel lobby.

Extra beds that were supplied for our children were very uncomfortable and it was not great that we had to pay extra on arrival so that each of our children could have a bed to sleep in. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children so thought that there would be a place to sleep for both of them. The extra beds were so uncomfortable that one of my daughter’s opted to sleep on the couch so it was £100 extra that was wasted.

Beautiful room in a fabulous location and we loved the Club Lounge. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and the option of choosing a cooked to order breakfast was lovely - I wish we had done this every day.

The room was very spacious , the bed very comfortable, great wifi , the location is very convenient few minutes from supermarket and for the Marina, either you can walk to dubai marina shopping mall in around 15/20minutes along the marina canal or use the electric scooters on the pedestal area , breakfast had good variety of food , the beach club was very good also , nice beach

We had the option to use the Club Lounge, where drinks were included, yet not downstairs with your meal. The lack of cold drinks was disappointing. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Staff members Sajid, Rashid & Linda in particular were exceptional. Our room view was incredible. Made us feel very special.

1. Lifts are mess. Takes ages to get anywhere. 2. You can't call room service. Assigned phone dial never works. There was no other contact info presented. 3. Key cards get demagnitised easily 4. Check-in is annoyingly slow. There are 5 check-in points. At best, 3 were manned. 5. The list of available amenities and floor location is not available.

They charge extra (10 AED) for sending cutlery to your room which was quite unusual in my experience. Although they waived the charges for us but it's not something I would like to have been asked to pay in the first place.

Loved the breakfast spread, there is something for everyone. We are vegetarian and still found the breakfast to be quite satisfactory. Room view was awesome, overall staff were hospitable, location is nice and complimentary Soluna beach club access is a cherry on the top.

Overall a very busy hotel, our room had ants in it and we were given a microwave upon request but it hadn't been cleaned. Bathroom wasn't too great either. Would not call this a 4 star

The communication before was a nightmare, I was told I wouldn’t have access to my room even though I’d paid for it because I arrived late because of my flight time. This was an error on the hotel’s part. I also was put in a a smoking room - we were moved after the first night but we were told we had to stay there the first night.

The room was a nice and good size and the beach club was lovely.
