The staff! Every staff member we interacted with were amazing. A special mention to Earl from the lounge who made sure our every need was attended to. Babita, who greeted us made us feel like we were the only guests there. She even organised some special treats for a very special occasion. The spa area was so tranquil and relaxing and we found ourselves spending a good amount of time in there. The lounge access is definitely worth every cent. The Tori Tori restaurant was beautiful and the food was amazing. Everything was fantastic!

The food in the Zabeel Social was not great. The steak that I ordered was very overcooked and tasteless. The cost to buy a bottle of water in any of the restaurants and the cost of soft drinks on the beach were very expensive.

First this is the First hotel to make check in 2:30 and i reach 2:25 to find one lady in the respcion called Neelam keep shouting for visitors to wait to make the process for check in ... no staff work for that no queue... no system...i reach my room after waiting 30 min ...

I am very disappointed with the standard of the hotel. In my opinion, this hotel in no way deserves 5 stars. It is more of a 3-4 star given the equipment and the condition of the rooms. The bedding is too short, they only fit small people. The swimming pool was not up to standard, cloudy water, not transparent. A lot of noise at night makes it difficult to sleep. In short, I think that this hotel must be downgraded or at least renovated to deserve 5 stars.
