Staff doesn’t really care about your needs , everything takes so long there ,, they dont make you feel special or anything, even though I told them its my partner birthday, they didnt even bring a small cake to show a gesture, nothing Pools were so small and they have age restrictions on Nobu by the beach and cloud 22 , both above 21 years old

Check-Out - at the reception area there is very nice ladies that help great you and assist you while you wait for a receptionist to help you. The issue is, other hotel guest just ignore the fact that others are waiting before them, and the nice hotel staff that helps you while you wait is just Too Nice, and she will not say anything. In my case 4 different people/families cut ahead of us and the lady said nothing to them, and I had to say something to her. This is minor, however it's the principal. If you don't want to have barriers up for the queue of the front desk, all good, then i would suggest having someone more assertive working that role.

Everything, however the best part is Atlantis The Royal, is exceptionally good at the smaller things that most hotels or resorts miss or don't focus on Examples in the room, they give you 4-6 bottles daily of top tier VOSS water, most hotels would charge for this in the room/bathroom, they give you top tier soaps, creams, razors, dental items and much more at the pool, they bring you as many towels as you need, they also give you a cooler with 4-5 waters set in ice for FREE each day anytime you call guest services they answer right away and they have someone to. your room immediately upon any request. they clean your room twice per day, once in the afternoon and once with a light cleaning and turndown before bed Breakfast is just another level of amazing, and it's not an extra charge it's included each day with your stay. It's by far the best breakfast buffet you will ever have. Ruben (General Manager) of the restaurant and his staff are true professionals and on top of everything you could need. They are attentive, thoughtful and happy to support your needs with a smile on their face each and everyday. And the food and variety is amazing. Overall this is a top tier hotel, and you certainly pay a premium to stay here, however I feel like it's very much worth the cost, as they treat you very well and our time there was perfect.

The oriental/arabic section from breakfast would be more satisfying with some freshly made falafel and bread…

The breakfast was such an experience and was humongous… the gym is open 24 hours and is superb… the staff were so welcoming and very attentive to our needs… so close (by buggy) to aquaventure … pools are so nicely furnished and the service is just epic…

Air-conditioning wasn't working properly, was too cold and had to switch off AC to manage temperature Duvets were extremely warm. We were sweating while sleeping.

I wish they would give fast pass for the water park. By afternoon it’s so busy with the normal pass not worth while.

Breath taking place! Everywhere its a photo spot and festival. You dont need to go out anywhere else for the holidays. It has everything exceeding your expectation. Man made miracle place as Genie makes your wish come true.

The hotel was undergoing a very noisy renovation, unfortunately no one warned us that such noisy work would take place in the facility. After pointing this out to the staff we were told they didn't know either - it seems very strange. Many customers do not follow the club's dress code and unfortunately the staff does not pay attention to it.

This was our second stay at this hotel, it's amazing. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. Club access worth the price.

Extraordinary place, people , the staff and one of the best service .. the hotel has everything within, feels like a different town overall..rooms are quite posh, sustainability pro. Unlimited offers at Royal sea lounge was the top peak. one of the best resturant for food and drinks. Rajeev and Rana, looked after us so well and ensured the best bday celebrations. Chefs are amazing, food on offer is great. Milos, ling ling beautiful resturant too, food quality and style with great view, top end. Definitely will visit again..
