    • Single Igloo Pod – 6 Hour Morning Stay from 07:00-13:00 hrs (7am-1pm)

You could hear absolutely everything from the pods around you, light came in from holes in the roof and the temperature was freezing. The bed sagged down at the feet so you didn’t get to lie perfectly flat. It felt like it was a recliner that had thin plywood strapped around it.

It was handy to have a place to lie down for a few hours. The staff were helpful.

When the bed is in its full laidback position don’t put your weight on the front section as it will tip up, They did warn me, but when you wake up, that’s not the first thing on your mind, it should of been. I would use it again, but only at the lower dollar value.

Good location, I paid a discounted price of $85 Aus. Originally $170 Aus. Can justify the $85 Aus. Friendly staff, clean tidy and quiet.

The guy at the reception was rude when asked for some assistance with wifi. But the other guy who came after the first one was nice and helped to sort the wifi out.

It’s not secure for a women traveller. The pods are mixed sex and sit next to each other and there is no way to lock yourself in the pod. I could hear the guy next to me snoring. So was immediately aware of how close we all were. I think it’s an issue they need to look at.

All I wanted was a quiet place to lie down away from the buzz of the terminal and it was fine for that. However…

I’m not sure how to remedy this but the room was very stuffy - maybe better ventilation system would be helpful.

Staff need to learn more about the hospitality culture. The offered services against the value of the money is expensive. There are more value places to relax in between the 2 flights.

We didn't like the price - €100 for just 6 hours - and if your first flight is delayed you don't get that time back. You could hear everything people next door were saying, no toilet or shower or coffee/tea making facilities. Very basic accommodation.

We liked the fact that we could find somewhere to lie down/sleep that was in between the gates of our flights. The cabin was just about big enough.

There is no charging port for US plugs. Background noise. No commentary items Not worth for the amount I paid

It’s better than spending a transit hours on a chair at the airport since you can lie down. You have your own private space for either work or sleep.
