I forgot to include breakfast in my package at the time of booking. Later I added it after arriving at reception but it was expensive. Other than that everything was great.

The property is located opposite to the Dubai mall so its very easy to access Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Metro station etc. We visited the Dubai mall twice on foot. There were good restaurants near by to satisfy our taste buds. The hotel has a large and a very neat pool that we thoroughly enjoyed with kids. There is a super mart just behind the building in case you need to buy any groceries or day to day stuff.

no exhaust fans in bathroom. access to swimming pool is quite away from the apartment and have to leave the apartment.

Location, value for money, however the apartment has been renovated , there were minor things that could be improved but did not had any impact on our stay, for e.g. there was no exhaust fans in the bathrooms , and one bathroom did not had any window so exhaust fan was must .

There were hairs from other people that weren’t ours on the floor which was pretty disgusting.

The apartment was a bit tired and not in the best condition. The buffet breakfast was extremely busy, tables were slow to be cleared for new customers and outside the birds were all over the tables and pooping everywhere, including people and tables.

A great location, within easy walking distance to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The pool was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very spacious.

Furniture included in room is good enough. Unfortunately, living room and kitchen are sort of empty (obviously old building). Lacking of sofa seat that supposed to fit 3 bedrooms guests. Considerably expensive when comparing the apartment condition with price tag. Bad room service... fail to refill body wash liquid, only 4 x 500ml water provided for 3 bedrooms guests. Dirty balcony left in dirty condition, not cleaning for more than 3 months.

The best aspect is getting a real big apartment with living room and kitchen. Swimming pool, gym, sauna are well maintained. Dinner buffet in Pergolas is great.

When I left the portier suggested he calls a taxi to the airport for 120 AED. I have stopped one and I paid 70 AED only.

Altough the Metro station is bee-line just about 500 m you have to walk 1 km because of the highways. There is a hipermarket in a few meters where you can buy your breakfest. Dubai Mall is 500 m walk distance. The appartmant is spacy actually even too big for one or two persons.

Apartments furniture outdated but very clean and neat. Pillow was so comfortable. No tea towels, dish clothes, laundry powder or coffee.

Great location, staff friendly and helpful. Lobby and buffet breakfast and dinner was 10/10 the best we have ever experienced, presentation 10/10.
