We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Location is amazing as you are in front of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa and you can reach them by walk in 5 minutes. The hotel offers you free shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Kite beach and this is an exceptional service. You have a supermarket just next to the building. The apartment is served with kitchen facilities so you can cook for youself. The staff was great. All concierge staff were very helpful, kind and friendly, in particular Rashid. They have always tried to make us feel comfortable and gave us good advice on travel attractions.

PolandThis hotel offers one of the best views of the fountains and Burj Khalifa! We got a room upgrade thanks to a fantastic reception -Syed was cheerful and super helpful. He made our stay an unforgettable experience. Fountain view rooms are large and well equipped. It's definitely worth the money. We also used free transfer to the kite beach. Everything was well organised. Early check in or check out wasn't a problem. The hotel offers the best value for the money in this location. We also used the pool, open till late, which was a nice cool off from the heat.

United KingdomThere was very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment, even though it was a non-smoking one. Bathroom sink drain was blocked & unfortunately hasn't been fixed even after we asked to do it. Weird design of the walking shower too, water stayed there forever after we used it. Doors of the wardrobe were not fixed properly so the inside light was on all the time.
Staff were simply amazing! All of the employees we have met throughout the stay were extremely helpful, polite, efficient and professional. The apartment was good, a bit dated but clean and spacious. There is a small shop just around the corner with a decent variety of products for a week's worth of stay. Fountains and Dubai Mall are just 5-10 mins walk away. Hotel offers shuttle bus to Dubai Mall and Kite beach, too. Hotel pool was great and pool attendants were excellent, too. Smart TV options for streaming YouTube :)

My recent stay at Ramada Downtown was truly exceptional, and it was largely due to the incredible people who work there. If I could remember all of their names, the list would be extensive because each member of the staff I encountered was exceptional in their own right. From the moment I arrived, the concierge service went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Marice at the reception desk was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. Akbar, another staff member I interacted with, was always ready to assist with any requests I had during my stay. The restaurant staff, including June and Rubab, provided top-notch service and made dining at the hotel a delightful experience. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly set them apart. Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that my stay at Ramada Downtown was one of the best I have experienced. The dedication and professionalism of the staff members truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend Ramada Downtown to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. The exceptional service provided by the staff members truly sets this hotel apart from the rest.
