It is a shame there is not a luggage storage facility, although we did appreciate being able to leave our luggage in the apartment after checkout - the time limitation due to it being booked that evening was the only negative, something a storage facility would solve.

A beautiful, clean well-equipped apartment in an amazing location. We loved the view and the fact that the Burj Khalifa and Mall were within walking distance. The reception area on arrival is breathtaking and the apartment itself did not disappoint. The pool area is fantastic and the bar/coffee hut an added bonus. Communication throughout the booking process, and our stay, was great. Thank you!

I liked the Apartment, the views from every window , Day or Night. About 25 min on foot to Dubai Metro, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. ( or in front of the Hotel you have taxi) The Host was extra helpfull and made our stay amazing.

Minor minuses: Noisy road even at night (many apartments' problem). Some kitchen doors need to be repaired. No lid for the frying pan. Far from the beach.

Nice design apartment, clean, good location, luxurious lobby, free baby cot, promptly answered to my questions. Balcony with a nice view. About 30 minutes by foot to Burj Khalifa, fountains and Dubai Mall. Carrefour supermarket on the first floor.

This property was perfect for our stay, we really enjoyed the view from the balcony, the pool area was beautiful and the apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed for our stay! The 24hr supermarket was right underneath the building ! The host was very good, with lots of communication, check in was easy and check out was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many hotel apartments in dubai. Luxury hotel apartment with a canel view, I must say, is the best of the best. Just 20 minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa. I will recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

No issues with the property

Beautiful clean apartment, everything works, nice building too, and the canal & pool view was amazing. The host was also very helpful!

When we first got there the key card wouldn't open the door, couldn't get hold of host by phone call on the two numbers provided but eventually sorted with the building reception. Also was no hot water for entire stay. Contacted the host by booking.com message and was told to try and sort it out with the building reception. I went down to ask them, they said they would send someone but never did. Not a deal breaker but less than I would hope for and would have expected the host to chase this up. If you want a five star review you have to earn it

Location was pretty good. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Two toilets which is helpful.

The key. At first, the key not working. The cleaning lady was very nice, helped to fix the key..at last, it worked. But the next day, it not working, locked us outside. We were in panic mode ….in next few hours, we had to go to airport. At last, we went to the office of the building…got it fixed. Owner should give 4 of us, at least 2 keys, not to have to stick together…and, in case it was not working, we still have one to get in.

Everything. The property was dirty upon arrival, dirty linen and towels and everything, and the host's only solution was to send a cleaning lady the following day. He never said the cleaning lady had no keys so when the lady arrived and we were not there and had not left the key as we had not been instructed to, she could not get in. No other option was offered, nobody was sent at all, and the host was incredibly rude towards us. He has also not come clean on his written promise to refund us the first night after acknowleding also in written with the pictures I sent to him that the property was dirty. The property is at a DAMAC building but privately managed so the DAMAC reception was in no position to help with linen either - they said that they do not have bedding sheets, which I found strange for a hotel but who am I to know.
