Rooms are little tired, in room 801 I could hear sounds and conversations from the room next door through the interconnecting door.

Nice location, good value for money. And the best part about it are the people who work there. Very kind, willing to help, starting from the door, front desk, staff at the 15th floor restaurant - everyone is friendly and doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Nice mattresses - sleep was great. 😊

The room’s carpet was very dirty and needed cleaning.

The bed was super comfortable and the staff very helpful! The breakfast was really good with a big variety of options and they changed it some times.

Property it self needs a bit renovation, and some more extra lights. I was lack of lights in the room (my personal preference) rooms in the evening very dark, I would prefer to get more and more central light as well.

Hotel is nice, have a good breakfast, location is perfect. But the best part of the hotel is a stuff. They were very nice and good, very responsive and helpful and trying to help any issue we had.

I was just disappointed. I booked the property ahead of time. Upon checking in, i told the reception that we need a studio style with sala separating the bedroom.. As for 2 person and 1 head just to visit regularly in that 4 nights. (Family). She’ve given us the standard room as i might mistakenly booked it. But clearly i informed her before settling the full payment thatI want same room which i booked on my previous records on the hotel room. She said ok. Just stay after one night i will transfer you in a good location and room requested. After the one night of stay. She called the room and say there is already available but you need to pay for it… Out of dismay, i just said NO NEED. And full of disappointment with HER. why she didn’t inform clarify at first night that we should pay it additional charge. I was thinking it was part of my benefits in the booking.com and in the hotel regarding room upgrade as their regular visitors / customers… Therefore, issue lesson here. Please clarify for clarity. Informed well the visitors regarding possibilities of additional charges when you know upon checking in we are settling the full payments of stays to avoid hassles on stays.

I always chose hawthorn due to accessibility, transportation, privacy, pleasant treatments of the staff, cleanliness of the property.

Firstly, for price this one was a nice suprise. The interior design is nice and the standards everywhere appeared good. It to me appeared better than it's sister hotel.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I ate at the Lavender restaurant and enjoyed the food. The room was a decent size, plenty of space to put things away. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with good water pressure on the shower.

It was a bit of a challenge to use the room's flat cooking burner. Even the kitchen utensils weren't available in the room when I got in. I had to call the staffs to provide the needful.

I like the hotel's location, the nice view from my room and the attentive staffs.

To have outside pool if possible, as in this case you have to go near hotel’s pool.

Nothing serious, but could further improve cleaning to have better fresh feeling from linen and overall in the room. Maybe carpeting can also be looked at.

Great staff, nice location, walking distance to seaside park & beach! Good room facilities, even stove provided. I extended our stay there and would stay again.

Excellent work by staff in reception and overall, who were very helpful and responsive immediately. Convenient location with vallet parking available. Good condition facilities in the room. I visited during Ramadan and it was definitely great value for money!

In my second bedroom the water in the shower was cold , just 5 minutes hot, after this warm and warm to cold
