The cleaning is not up to expectations, no cleaning to the kitchen table by room service, there was a bad smell in the kitchen, may be the cloth was not clean. The breakfast is some sort of a mess and the restaurant is not well prepared.

An extremely nice hotel, with facilities, a cafe with a wonderful garden, a passage to the shopping center... excellently positioned in Abu Dhabi, close to the bus station and sheltered enough to have peace and rest and nothing to spoil the view. the rooms have a simple design, clean, tidy...and the common space is much richer, very nicely conceived...with hardworking and friendly staff.

Great value for the priced paid. The rooms are big and very well equipped. They offer towels, bathrobes, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, water bottles, slippers. You can book a room with a view over Abu Dhabi as the hotel has over 30 floors. The breakfast service starts pretty early and you can find various foods: yoghurts, cereals, croissants, fruits, vegetables, pancakes, naan bread, hummus, and even cooked food like lentils, mexican omletts, some traditional arabic dishes. There is even a station where you can order eggs to be prepared for you. The staff is kind and helped us with everything we needed. Depending on the location you come from, you might need a socket adaptor; you can bring your own or go into the mall and buy one. I recommend this place when visiting Abu Dhabi. The only thing I did not like was that we received a room with the view at the mall and it was very noisy.

On arrival there were a lot of people arriving at the same time and it took a while to be able to park our car and check-in.

I loved the hotel location and room size and layout. We had access to the Executive lounge and I enjoyed the serenity and quiet of this space as well as the lovely ladies who were very attentive and who cared for me while I was there.

It was all good.

A good hotel in Abu Dhabi. Easy access to shopping mall and restaurants/fast food. Close to bus station and easy to get around on the local buses. Helpful staff in all areas of the hotel.

Navigating to the hotel by car required careful attention to the entrance. Missing the initial entry point, located considerably ahead of the hotel, necessitated a ten-minute detour to retrace the route. Additionally, the room rate was somewhat costly.

The hotel conveniently neighbored the mall, facilitating easy access for guests from the third floor to explore shopping or dining options. The rooms were pristine, and the highest floors offered splendid views.

The hotel is run down, seems not renovated recently. The rooms were not very clean. There were traces of hair and dust in the suit. There is a bad smell coming from the toilet and shower. Fixing those would make it great.

Serive, staff and location were great. Facilites and their opening hours are good. Also having a mall connected to the hotel gives it a plus.

We stayed in a club room. Everything was very good. The rooms are much larger than average with a separate dressing room leading to the bathroom. Very convenient for shopping with many international brands in the mall adjacent to the hotel. Hudaryyat Island is a few minutes drive over the bridge and has an excellent beach with cafes and restaurants.
