All amenities and room services were excellent. The room service was quick, and ordering was very convenient. The zoo was an exceptionally wonderful experience. My kids loved the stay.

Rooms and washrooms were clean but washrooms had mild smell. It wasn’t a big issue but still could be improved. Kids pool was nice and slide is just wow part for kids but back side of slide should be cleaned multipletimes in a day. It was little dirty.

It’s a hidden gem in Uae. It was our first visit in this resort. Staff was very supportive and friendly. Property is so good, we just had wonderful day. Zoo is much better than al ain zoo. We really want to visit again. Also they celebrated my son’s bday with cake and small gift. Room was so big and spacious and well equipped. Good for long stays. Amazing view from room, you can see giraffes from ur window like they are standing nearby you. Kids and adults loved it.

The bathroom sink was clogged so the water would accumulate - had to brush my teeth in the shower! The windows need a bit of cleaning as we could barely see outside due to some fog/smokiness on them. There was no prayer mat provided and one of the drawers was broken. Pool should be open earlier (personal opinion) But otherwise we enjoyed it, this is just feedback for the staff to consider. No regrets staying here!

We came for our anniversary and the staff made sure everything was memorable! The vibes of the zoo, the layout of the park itself is very easy to navigate, and the variety of animals is amazing. The bedroom was very clean and comfortable, we always had fresh towels and water, and we loved the vibe of the jungle by staying near the animals! Overall a great experience with the exception of a few small things which I'll describe below.

The only thing which was not so important is that in the shower the water flows outside in the bathroom floor from the shower even though it has protective glass

Loved the hotel which is also a zoo so you can visit and feed animals in your stay. The room was very spacious and clean they change towels everyday. The staff was very helpful and kind. It’s 10-15 min far from the airport and from the yas island by car.

The environment is a lovely place with many activities to engage the surrounding zoo animals. Plus, it's about a 20-minute drive to Abu Dhabi's major theme parks.

For the cost and experience there was nothing not to like. It was excellent and I would recommend it again and again.

The room was right next to the Giraffes and Gazelles. It was a little cold at night but super comfortable to sit out on the balcony area under blankets with our children watching nature and enjoying the view. The feeding of the animals is really amazing for children. A great and memorable experience. The staff couldn't be nicer and the price was fair.

The smell of the sewer in the restroom lingered.

The resort was great for the kids and adults. So much to see and do. Great location.

The facilities need a renovation. The swimming pool's tiles are chipped. The changing room near the pool is terribl. Our room has a stinky bathroom that comes from the drainage. Once you removed the lid, the stinky odor comes out. We did not bother to report at all as we only stayed for a day.

We like the concept of having a place to stay in the zoo. However the facilities needs improvement. The staffs are helpful and nice.

Staff refused to us the cheaper room options. We wanted to see them should be choose to visit again. I'd been told the previous day the hotel wasn't full but at check out when I requested to view a room I was told there were no available rooms. When I questioned it she said - you can check my system

Nothing much, just the bathroom is not too cleaned and ready for the next guest.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The room is situated along with some of the animals outside, something unique. Accessible and easy to locate. Near to Deerfields Mall where you can dine and buy some stuff, but there were restaurants also inside where you can dine in. Parking is free and enough for the guests.

It was a great time we had. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Park zoo is wonderful for kids and adults also. If I plan to visit Abu Dhabi again I exactly will choose this Hotel.
