Not that I didn’t like it but the hotel is so big there is a lot of walking but they do have buggies waiting for you to take you to the pool and back

This hotel is amazing the details to everything was spot on The room was just beautiful and the bed was so comfortable It was my husbands birthday and our wedding anniversary and we were given the most beautiful bouquet of roses to celebrate plus in the room we had balloons rose petals and cake as a surprise. The pool areas are lovely too Thank you we loved it

Everything! The service is outstanding! From the moment you walk in the door, you’re pampered from everyone. The beach attendant gave me a cooler with a four pack of water and a popsicle to cool off before I even entered the water. Another attendant offered to spritz/clean my glasses upon leaving the beach! Everything is offered at your service, including a free camel ride! The employees are from around the world and offer top notch service and speak English perfectly. We would definitely return, given an opportunity.

Everything is excellent with the hotel, but I had a problem with double debiting, but the hotel staff quickly help resolve any issues. special thanks to Mr. Ahmed from the reception for promptly helping me solve the problem.

1 night is not long enough to experience the true beauty of this hotel We were very kindly allowed to check out late (2pm, with no extra surcharge) so this meant we could explore the grounds The hotel is definitely on the pricier side.

Everything you can expect from a 5* establishment From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Rooms were very well equipped, facilities were fantastic. You could get lost in the hotel and there is plenty to do without you stepping foot outside Breakfast was great Pools were fantastic Private beach was perfection

Nothing, i'm usually someone who will find something to tell, but have nothing to tell... i think it expensive yes, but worthy ! have seen hotel with the same rate, and high standing... but i never ever had that sparkles in my eyes !! everything is absolutely stunning.

We were at the suite ( west wing ) with a big balcony L shape with view on the beach and the Qasr. It was a fairy tale dream really, we took the suite for our wedding, and it was "la cerise sur le gateau" couldn't even imagine it in my dream...

A lot of mosquitos outside (stayed in may) Nowhere to go outside of the hotel, but the territory was amazingly huge for walks The sea smells a bit weird

This is a real palace of the Sheikh. Not overcrouded at all. +1 km of a sea shore. Two big swimming pools, two small water slides. Tasty, healthy and quick in-room dining.

We are dissatisfied with pool experience. Sunbed was dirty. There was not enough staff there. My son stepped on broken glass at the pool and he started bleeding. The reaction from the staff was like nothing happened. The didn’t even clean the rest of the glass and did it only a called them once again and clean it. I asked for the manager but the staff told me that he is in a meeting. I asked to call me but nobody called. I think such situation inappropriate

The only thing we didn’t like at the Salt and Kole restaurant was the fact that they didn’t say from the beginning that there was a minimum amount for ordering and we needed to take extra food just to be aligned with the amount for 2 people.

Amazing property with everything one could need for a perfect holiday. The room was one of the best we ever stayed in. We choose the one with a private garden and being on the ground floor overlooking the pool area was such a great thing. The beach area is even better than at Atlantis in Dubai because the sand is fine and white. Both pools were great. I also enjoyed the bike ride around the property. It is a better alternative to the boggy ride. Shout out to Joseph from the lobby - he was super helpful with our luggage.

The room service has its flaws. Unresponsive sometimes, or taking a long time to execute your request. The cost of living in the Emirates is high but to pay 50 or 60 EURO for a small frozen and unsavoury pizza (room service) was excessivе. The luggage from the room of my mother was lost (didn't get to the lobby and then someone stored it somewhere and nobody knew where it is) for a long time precisely when we had to catch a plane.

Well, it is a real palace, so you get everything that you could expect from a palace. It is so big that you have to walk 5-10 minutes between reception and your room. All amenities are fantastic. The breakfast is royal. The view is magnificent.

You cannot go any higher than the benchmark set by this hotel as the best luxirious hotel in the world, just like Leela Bangalore, though it's only smaller in area. Keep up the good work.

Beautifully appointed room and very attentive staff. We went to the show "Impossible" by the magician Drummond Money-Coutts and it was absolutely incredible. The theatre that is inside the Broadway restaurant is nothing short of magical too. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay and highly recommended.
