How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

There's no staff to take me at my room coz we have also some things to carry . And the room where I stay they don't have bath tubs ..

There were water logging in the drainage and we had to call hotel plumbers to fix the issues not once but twice over two days
It is a very comfortable property, neat and well maintained by their friendly staff and guest relations team. It is also decently located quite close to Dubai beaches and business district

Air condition deficient, too cold, staff couldn't fix it so had to turn it off during the night. Room smelling of cigarettes

Small smoking area and sometimes issues with WiFi connection
Elevators, lobby, comfortable room with nice beds, everyday cleaning (many thx for guys - Jasul and Basith) and it’s close to the LaMer beach

Nothing Oh, more dates in reception because they were delicious
We enjoyed the breakfast a lot, very plentiful and the staff were courteous. We liked our room with a terrace. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is quiet and comfortable. We would return.

There were two days no bottles of water (room keeping )during my stay, but it was ok as I ask from the front desk they send me later.

Several things weren't given by hotel such as: shampoo and slippers.
Very peaceful hotel, no noises in corridors. The waitresses and receptionists are very polite.

I always have to call the receptionist to send up a new box of tissues or toilet paper. Also, they didn't provide any cattlery to the room, so good luck if you want to make a fresh cup of tea or maybe you would like to enjoy noodles from the local corner shops.
The location was close to many Philippines 🇵🇭 shops.

A very good stay and a great experience overall. Hotel located in a proximity to the beach, malls, city center, airport and at the same time in a quiet and calm area. It has a free basement parking, which I used, since travelled by car and Dubai is full of payed parkings. Breakfast was very good, you can find almost everything there: omelette, sausages, vegetables, pancakes, fruit cuts and etc and the most important thing - coffee. But the main treasure of this hotel - staff. All of them are nice, hardworking, dedicated and very helpful. I would especially highlight Saima from the restaurant team, her smile and cheerful attitude always makes mornings better. Young gentleman Mohamed Basith who been taking care of my room is a true hardworker and at the same time, so delicate and attentive to all the requests. I spend there two weeks and would definitely choice this hotel for my next stay.

Our Stay Was Exceptional…I am very impressed by the Hotel Management Specially Duty Manager Mr Sajid.He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.He is thorough gentleman.I definitely recommend this hotel.

Not much food for the dinner
Beach La Mer 10-15 minutes. Bus to Dubai Mall 10 minutes. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Cheap.

A very lovely place, location and facilities are good. Reception and restaurant staff are absolutely amazing, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast is good, at least my peaky kids had no issues with finding something delicious (waffles are really good). I stayed here for 3 days with a kids, and really liked it's cosy atmosphere. I would like to highlight that hotel has a good basement parking (in case if you traveling by car), which been absolutely safe during the Great Dubai Flooding, which happend recently. Overall a nice experience.
