It is a little bit annoying that there is no sink in the kitchen - I would have to use the sink in the bathroom, but this is just a minor inconvenience and not a big deal. The water in the bathroom doesn't stay hot (it goes a little bit lukewarm after several minutes). I found it a little bit awkward having to ask for coffee rather than getting it myself. I did request oat/ soya/ almond milk several months before my arrival but this was not satisfied which is disappointing because I am lactose intolerant; I therefore wasn't able to enjoy any cereal and had to have black coffee.

The Junior Suite was very spacious - large bathroom, spacious dining/ sitting room area, spacious kitchen, large wardrobe space, large bed and bedroom. The decor is slightly dated (curtains, carpet) but this is not in a negative way - it made the hotel suite feel authentic. I particularly loved the bathroom - it large with a bidet, toilet, nice large mirrors, large bath. The staff was friendly and I was helped with my luggage on arrival. Although I stayed alone there was more than enough room for another 2 or 3 people. The hotel smells fantastic - there is a perfume aroma throughout the corridors. The breakfast was nice - a buffet consisting of the usual eggs, bread, potatoes, sausages/ bacon (halal) etc. I loved the fact that the AC in the suite would 'regulate' itself - this meant I did not have to keep turning it on and off as it kept a nice temperature throughout, even during my sleep.

My stay at Dana Hotel in Abu Dhabi was absolutely delightful! The hotel staff were incredibly courteous and provided top-notch service with a smile. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's strategic location close to all amenities was highly convenient. I highly recommend Dana Hotel for a fantastic experience in Abu Dhabi!.

The availability of parking is extremely limited. I had to park a 10 minute walk from the property.

Need various menu on breakfast. I stayed for 4 days. Every breakfast I took had the same menu. The hot water doesn't work.

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is nice near abu dhabi mall, jollybee/other restaurants, and shopping center. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel little bit old, but I think it is not a big problem.

After the famous rain in April 2024, there was a lot of humidity in the room. I imagine that this is solved in normal circumstances. At night there is a party going on on the 15th floor in the pub. This is very noisy and makes it hard to fall asleep.

We arrived in the morning after having our flight cancelled. The staff was very helpful in organizing the cleaning of some rooms so we could check in immediately.

Obviously the building is no longer in its youth, but all is clean, tidy and well maintained. There was nothing that didn't work or was hanging off (toilet seats and shower curtains are a good example here) - very friendly and helpful staff

1. The design of the room and the whole hote isl really outdated. Renovation is needed. 2. Smart TV provided but the apps ( YouTube, Netflix) never works.

Breakfast menu could have been better. Choice was not much. Fresh juice would have been better.

No parking this was very annoying to look for a parking . I can heard the noise from outside as the hotels is next to the road so all Night I could hear the traffic .
