Above all the service was impeccable despite all staff not speaking English. Super helpful with arranging tours, local transport, food, late checkout etc. their whatsap communication was awesome. We had Mountain View 2 bed bungalow with wooden interiors, shiny new finish. Our kids loved the place. Breakfast was ok although had all basic buffet items, but this didn’t bother us much. Restaurant food is good and affordable and again staff is super. Hotel is next to fansipan cable car station that connects with sapa town funicular. Hotel is also a 10-15 mins drive to sapa town with taxis easily available costing 4 dollars each way in Dec23. Sapa is a must must do if you visit Vietnam. We took a 9 seater limousine with reclining seats that took 6 hours from Hanoi to Sapa but super comfortable with cost of $180 each way.

The team at Eco Palms were extremely accommodating. We are a family with two small children and my husband and I felt that Eco Palms did everything to make our stay memorable but that our children also had a wonderful stay. Little details like making our kids feel included in the cooking class, to giving the kids food to feed the fish went a long way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

BB Sapa Resort & Spa - Formerly Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa (бивш Victoria Sapa Resort & Spa) е традиционна планинска хижа, която се съчетава перфектно с природата наоколо и предлага изглед към езерото... Excellent stay for 3 nights. Staff is friendly and welcoming, even though they had limited staff the service was great. Vegetarian food at the restaurant was excellent & so were the desserts (apple tart, Choco lava cake or something like that). Rooms are cute and we had the garden view on one side, lake & mountain view right outside our door. Location is fantastic, very close to the lake and the town centre. The resort is on a small hill but they do offer free buggy service to and fro from the main street. We used the spa service (head massage, foot massage, herbal bath) multiple times and that was so relaxing. They have a cute cafe outside the spa and a great outdoor seating area to enjoy your coffee. Nothing to complain about with this place, they accommodated a late checkout too. The resort is now called BB resort & spa (dont confuse with BB hotel which is a different property) but they haven't rebranded in most places yet. Taxis and locals know it as Victoria.

The whole facility is lovely, everything made of wood and stones, I loved it! The room was big and clean. Breakfast was delicious, we had baguette with eggs and fresh fruits. The location is nice as well - you can walk through the villafes in the valley and there is a nice café nearby. It is close to the road but very calm. The host family was very kind and ordered a taxi for us to get to Sapa.

This is by far one of the most tranquil hotels I have stayed in with stunning views. Its also an easy walk into town and to Cat Cat Village. The coffee at breakfast was also amazing.

I love the king size bed. It's just so comfortable. Our family had a great rest all the time. I think I've never slept better. The room is warm and cozy with a beautiful paranoma view. You won't forget the feeling of waking up in the middle of a nature with a breathtaking scenery. It's very healing and calming to stay here. The bathroom is beautiful. All the staffs are very kind and friendly people. Thanks for the beautiful time. 🥰
