The Manager Ali was absolutely amazing and the highlight of the stay. He arranged taxi's, washing attended to, complimentary horse riding lessons, suggested amazing pizza in the onsite restaurant and was generally very kind and welcoming. He really went above and beyond. What a an asset he is!

Inside the house there was lots of cooking device. All plates and glasses was very modern and clean. Beds and towels are very cery clean. Close to big hospital also. Metro and bus station is very close. We have visited ataşehir water garden by car 3 minute. Reception helped us to call taxi but they do it as favour. Normally not their duty house owner informed about it. View is very nice and house is at high floor. There is a common use terrace over 30 th floor and able to see 360 degrees city view. We have taken our coffees from home and drinked there. İt was amazing. Inside residence there is a restaurant and suppermarket. Great. Also Security I impessed as on watch was 24 hrs

The offerings were largely traditional Turkish dishes and were delicious.

It was really exceptional and a perfect last few days for us as a family after a busy few days in Istanbul. Our little boy just loved the pools and slides. The reviews about the food are all true. Special shout out to staff member Muhammad from Iraq who gave us tips on a walk to the lane that was definitely worth a trip. And was generally just a lovely interesting guy to chat to. Where we saw water snakes and had a lovely lunch on a floating pontoon cafe. Just loved our stay.
