This property was a very pleasant find indeed. I wanted to be near Yalikavak and I chose to stay here with my family based on the pictures posted on booking.com. But pictures though accurate could not communicate the feel of the place accurately. Allium is a boutique hotel, small in size and room numbers; If one is seeking a sprawling property busy with people and water sports activities then this is not the place for them. On the other hand if one seeking a serene place with limited guests and more personal touch service than this is where you want to be, Allium really excelled in making us feel at home. The care my family and I were given was really exceptional. In addition, the property is a nice 15-20 min walk to busy Yalikavak marina, an upscale location with restaurants and high end boutiques. I am Truly happy we chose to stay here. The rooms are spacious and upon arrival we were upgraded to sea view rooms. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. All the amenities you would expect in a luxury hotel is available in the room. With a large wardrobe, a plus for heavy travelers like us. The Hotel is five years old but very well maintained in general and like other hotels of the region occupied a side of a hill with rooms, pool, restaurant and bar located on different levels connected with steps and a roadway for buggies and wheelchairs users. Shaded Daybeds are spread at every level. So you could actually get your workout covered by going around the facilities. Though a sea front hotel, the lack of water sports activities was a plus for me as it encouraged relaxation. The spa is very calming and the massage there was amazing according to my daughter. Cliff is the main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food here is really good and the service even better. A special shout out to Sevgi and her bubbly attitude that adds fun to the meal. Ali is always helpful and cheerful. We exchanged a few words in Arabic, which he is learning.
