I contacted the Villa before my arrival to arrange for some of my favorite Thai drinks to be available before I got in, they had my fridge stocked with Oishi Lemon, and sorted out some food for me. the room prices are fair for Kaeng Khoi. If I am in Kaeng Khoi, I will be happy to stay here again. It's quiet, good, safe, and fun to stay at.. i believe that Me and Tree villa has great potential and I will be very happy to come stay there again in a few months, when I travel to Thailand to come visit my family again.. i would like to see my recommendations applied because no hotel is an Island, it has to attract locals to survive aswell.. see you soon me and tree villa
