From the moment I arrived, the reception desk gentleman greeted me with warm smile and a genuine willingness to assist with any requests. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The restaurant staff exceeded my expectations with their friendly and attentive service, ensuring that our meal was a delightful experience. When they noticed my daughter was finished with her dinner they brought her out a plate of cut up watermelon just as a guess and were right as it’s one of my daughter’s favourite fruit . Overall, the hotel's reception desk staff and restaurant truly made my stay memorable and I highly recommend their exceptional service.

Special mention to the two ladies doing house keeping who made our week long stay so much more enjoyable with their friendly character and always happy to help when anything needed.

Beachside food markets are ready nice, and the little bar under the massive banyan tree down the road is fantastic

Baan Pun Sook Resort is located near Chao Lao Beach. It offers non-smoking bungalows with a private balcony and air-conditioning. Services include luggage storage and free private parking. Perfect for the value of the price. We did not expect much as this was a low budget option and we were so positively surprised. Amazing staff, great facilities, especially traveling with children. Location directly at the beach was great for the kids.
