We stayed on the top floor in an apartment facing the ocean. I think it was number 8. It was perfect. We could cook our own meals in the well equipped full kitchen. It was well laid out to sleep a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. We slept so well because of the black out blinds and lapping ocean just outside, My 22 year old daughter enjoyed using the trampoline and we both enjoyed the hot tub and having our meals on our balcony overlooking the beautiful view, The hosts were also lovely and very helpful with suggestions as to things to do. it was well located to walk and drive to different sites to visit in the surrounding areas. A nice bonus is it also had Netflix to relax at night with a movie, Because of the lack of noise and light pollution, star gazing was at its best. I would highly recommend this property.

Situated in the heart of Tongariro National Park, Skotel Alpine Resort offers a restaurant, a hot tub and a terrace bar with a fireplace. Most accommodations boast stunning mountain or region views. Super friendly receptionist. The breakfast as buffet with everything I need for a good power breakfast.

Taupo DeBretts Spa Resort is just 800 metres from Lake Taupo crater lake. It has a natural thermal spa and is only 5 minutes' drive from the Taupo town centre. Free Wi-Fi is available. Fantastic check in, all the staff were very friendly! the beds were extremely comfy and we had a little fridge for our snacks. The pools were great to relax in after the road trip and the sunset was amazing! We also booked dinner at the Hilton which was super yummy! It was such a great trip, and only a 3 min walk into town

Beachside Resort Motel is less than 5 minutes walk from Whitianga centre and less than 100 metres from Buffalo Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Exceeded expectations. However, expected sea views as per hotel name. A bit Fawltey Towers-- had to stand high on corner of room to see sea views between other houses in front of hotel. However everything else was perfect.

Hægt er að ganga að Cathedral Cove frá Hahei Beach Resort, fylgja ströndinni og tengjast Cathedral Cove-göngubrúnni (gangan tekur um 1 klukkustund hvora leið). Location was perfect, staff were lovely. Really relaxing place.

Palm Pacific Resort & Motel er í aðeins 8 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Whangamata-ströndinni og státar af útisundlaug, heitum potti og tennisvelli. The location and how close it was to everything.

Paku Lodge Resort er staðsett á Esplanade og er með útsýni yfir Tairua-höfn. Boðið er upp á gistirými með eldunaraðstöðu, einkasvölum og hafnarútsýni. Great location, right opposite a toddler friendly beach. Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived much later than originally planned. There is a common BBQ, laundry possibilities and one can borrow spades for hot water beach.

Þessi dvalarstaður er staðsettur við hliðina á Lost Spring-varmalaugunum og býður upp á beinan aðgang að Buffalo-ströndinni, upphitaða útisundlaug, tennisvöll og barnaleikvöll. Great location, great accommodation and a really nice receptionist!!! Regret that we only stayed one night. Will definitely come back!!

Castaways Resort er staðsett efst á kletti fyrir ofan Kariotahi-strönd og státar af útsýni yfir Tasmanhaf. Það er í 10 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Waiuku og í 70 km akstursfjarlægð frá miðbæ Auckland.... Top end .. everything included , even washing machine dryer.. very clean ..roomy but the best was the view with an amazing terrace . we could not expect better .. all rooms were big and so convenient ..Everything you need in the kitchen.. very nice parking at the door.. short walk to the restaurant .. breakfast buffet was amazing .. Highly recommended for the spectacular view and comfort. You should go to the restaurant for dinner or lunch , best selection. Very friendly and helpful staff at the Reception
