Denna resort har direkt tillgång till stranden och en grillplats med utsikt över havet. Alla lägenheter har självhushåll och en egen balkong eller uteplats. We stayed on the top floor in an apartment facing the ocean. I think it was number 8. It was perfect. We could cook our own meals in the well equipped full kitchen. It was well laid out to sleep a family of 4 and the beds were comfortable. We slept so well because of the black out blinds and lapping ocean just outside, My 22 year old daughter enjoyed using the trampoline and we both enjoyed the hot tub and having our meals on our balcony overlooking the beautiful view, The hosts were also lovely and very helpful with suggestions as to things to do. it was well located to walk and drive to different sites to visit in the surrounding areas. A nice bonus is it also had Netflix to relax at night with a movie, Because of the lack of noise and light pollution, star gazing was at its best. I would highly recommend this property.

Beachside Resort Motel is less than 5 minutes walk from Whitianga centre and less than 100 metres from Buffalo Beach. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Exceeded expectations. However, expected sea views as per hotel name. A bit Fawltey Towers-- had to stand high on corner of room to see sea views between other houses in front of hotel. However everything else was perfect.

You can walk to Cathedral Cove from Hahei Beach Resort, follow the beach and connect to the Cathedral Cove walkway (the walk takes about 1 hour each way). Location was perfect, staff were lovely. Really relaxing place.

Paku Lodge Resort ligger på The Esplanade med utsikt över Tairua Harbour. Här erbjuds fristående boende med egen balkong och utsikt över hamnen. Great location, right opposite a toddler friendly beach. Staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived much later than originally planned. There is a common BBQ, laundry possibilities and one can borrow spades for hot water beach.

Denna resort ligger intill Lost Spring Thermal Pools och erbjuder direkt tillgång till Buffalo Beach. Här finns en uppvärmd utomhuspool, en tennisbana och en lekplats. Great location, great accommodation and a really nice receptionist!!! Regret that we only stayed one night. Will definitely come back!!
