Maybe it's because we've visited it in the summer, it wasn't crowded at all and it is great experience to be in the place like that, when there are no people and every facility is for you. Could not rate this hotel and spa highly enough, value for money? More than! Everything from check in to (free late) check out was outstanding and the staff were exceptional with me and my family. Our room was upgraded for free and the breakfast was excellent. Special mention to Elizabeth for the outdoor sauna ritual and fjord swimming in the afternoon, a truly unforgettable experience.
